Paradise Revival Festival | Online Convening
While we await the election results, let us remember that the world we're fighting for cannot be created solely through elections. We must have strong, resilient communities.

This event is an important step to building the people's alingment we seek. We hope to see you there.

LaMalfa Wide Awake
We have a representative in Chico that refuses to recognize science. In a global pandemic, he refuses to put a mask on. When his district is burning, he refuses to say โclimate changeโ and pours fuel to the flames.
How many more fires need to burn? How many skies need to be covered in smoke? How many more people need to die? Now is not the time for incrementalism or empty promises of future change.
In 2018, Chico became the face of the climate crisis, now we can be the face of the solution. We need our representatives to be wide awake with us and will push the Green New Deal for our livable future.
Wake up, Doug LaMalfa, because your silence is complicit.
Doug LaMalfa is sleeping on our best interests... so we woke him up. LaMalfa sold out to special interests, PG&E, and the fossil fuel industry. And we got burned. It's time for to make way for real leadership in

Sunrise Movement
Sunrise is a movement to stop climate change and create millions of good jobs in the process.
We're building an army of young people to make climate change an urgent priority across America, end the corrupting influence of fossil fuel executives on our politics, and elect leaders who stand up for the health and wellbeing of all people.
We are ordinary young people who are scared about what the climate crisis means for the people and places we love. We are gathering in classrooms, living rooms, and worship halls across the country. Everyone has a role to play. Public opinion is already with us - if we unite by the millions we can turn this into political power and reclaim our democracy.
