Throwback to when and I were giving the Amateur team a fake fight to corner for. We were trying move or strike in ways that would give them opportunities to call something / switch things up through the round.

I thought I had time to get videos of how intense sparring was getting before my accident. A controlled war, like we had a bad day and needed to make someone pay. 😂 It was so good to go hard, laugh but also have trust that someone was still looking after you.
While I’m out of action and doing strength I’ll post some footage, bits and bobs from the MASSIVE amount of content I was collecting. 😂 - Some of my favourite rounds with folks are with - just fun, competitive, playful and controlled. I was learning small tweaks and concepts from everyone, but they felt really profound to me. I added the most relevant ones to my repertoire to try work on for the next month/s. ✨
April 2nd - I won my fight at POWERPLAY.
April 8th - I got hit by a car while riding.

Lately I’ve been feeling a shift, a levelling up in my Muay Thai. People have noticed too. I have these dreams and have had the opportunity to show more BTS, what I bring to training and my training partners. Sharing the good Muay Thai vibes with .au .strength .l.r etc.
Long story short, a vehicle hit me, I dislocated and fractured my ankle, went to the Emergency Ward, went under to get it popped back in, then stayed in hospital to have surgery the next morning.
I am basically on a long road to recovery. It’s life. Life is risky and I always try and live a fulfilling, wholesome one while mitigating risk. Hence why I train hard for Muay Thai before stepping into the ring, or why I wear all my protective gear when I ride.
Many of you know I downplay everything, I went into my blasé Fighter calmness as I was looking at my foot while laying on the side of the road, just disappointed, while contacting spring and my inner circle😂. But, even though I didn’t show it, I still have feelings and I am legit devastated.
Someone who doesn’t even know me said, ‘An athlete shouldn’t be forgotten just because they get injured’. So I am gonna have a big cry and work through all the recovery, rehab and trust the process. I am not rushing to come back, I just want to do it right, assess and reorientate my goals. If I can get back into the ring, great, if not I’ll figure it out.
I just think I still had / HAVE things to share - to empower women, fighters and share laughs with the Muay Thai community.
So, I dunno, life happens, I’ll roll with it,
come along for the journey?
It could be epic - who knows.

Throwback to one of the most fun I’ve had in the ring out of the handful of non-padded, full contact bouts to my name.
I hope I can do it all again soon (But if history repeats itself, I may have hit my quota for the year 😂 )

😂 #2020 — this time last year I was training 6days/week and competed in Bangkok - today I’m a professional office potato, training Muay Thai on the weekends when weather permits 👵🏻 it’s a work in progress. 😂
Around this time last year and I were in Bangkok. So many laughs and memories as we experienced our first time going overseas to rep Aus. I think we were waiting for dinner to open and we found an aviary at the Hotel... We spent wayyyy too long with them. 😂

and anyone who wants to give it a go with next to no fancy equipment - it’s really easy. I’m definitely not an expert haha. I’m a noob driven by being a stingy f*** that just wants Greek Style Cherry Yoghurt in a big tub using less plastic.
I used:
- Fresh organic milk, reduced fat
- Organic Plain Yoghurt (Live Cultures)
- Sieve
- Pot - for collecting the whey
- Slow Cooker for heating / fermenting
- Fridge
There are other methods.
Google them if you don’t have a slow cooker etc for the tips and tricks there.
After asking the masses for assistance in saving Fang, we have now implemented some of your suggestions.

Lol - going through and clearing out my phone... - Also, last year when we stayed at an AirBnB, Spring tried to water these small plants that was 1000% fake. It was 3 fake plants attached vertically on the wall. So was basically pouring water down the plaster walls before realising 🤓 **tever 😂

Had a great long weekend with the crew. Here is an action pic my brother took from the weekend. It makes me look strong so ya know... ya gotta post that s**t on the gram. — Kudos to my opponent who stepped into the ring despite being at the beginning of her Muay Thai journey, not many people would exercise the idea of stepping in the ring - so ya def got some balls. Had such a good weekend weighing, shopping for food, weighing food, eating, complaining, preparing and fighting with this lot. This photo just sums up how Muay Thai brings so many characters together. Lol. A good bunch of people and a memorable trip cornering and . Cornering went far better than the practice run at the gym. *crickets chirping*... 😂
