Fireworks Town moor Funfair Friday 2nd of August 9-15pm approx-10pm approx

Make sure to get down early and give yourself plenty of time to get parked if driving. It's expected to be busy as always

You are able to park on the field on the left just before you enter the Headland. The committee would advise to park away from the south end of the Headland if possible to ease the parking and movement of vehicles and walk into the headland where possible

There will also be some spaces available on the town moor via marine Drive .

Access to our Giant Funfair via Broadfield Road is advised. The display will be perfect viewing from the Fair and we can't wait to welcome you all along.

Please respect any residents when parking

Please respect any cordons and taped off areas these are in situ for everyone’s safety .

As its out 101st year we have taken the decision to not put posters up everywhere this year. We know how much you all love seeing and some people even collect them.

However we are conscious of the impact this has on the environment so we are not going to be putting any up for this years HARTLEPOOL HEADLAND CARNIVAL AND FIREWORKS 2024

We know that it helps spread the word and we want to make sure no one misses out. Please help spread the word by sharing our posts with your friends and if you have friends/ family who aren't on social media please let them know.

When will have some.large banners placed around but the paper ones will not be making an appearance this year.

We know some people like to collect the posters. So if you would like to save and print what would have been the poster this year, it's on the post below ❤️

Murphy's funfairs John Murphy & Son are proud members of The Showmens Guild of Great Britain and have been travelling

Each year the Hartlepool Carnival parade is a central feature of the annual event.

Celebrated every August, this vibrant event that we are proud to be a part of, has roots going back to 1924 and features a procession of floats, colorful costumes, and lively characters.

The parade this year, scheduled for the 10th of August will traverse the streets of the Headland, showcasing the creativity and community spirit of participants.

Historically, the parade began as a way to bring the community together and has evolved into a much-anticipated spectacle, drawing crowds from the local area and beyond.
