How to start a mentorship with Mentor Me? 如何開始導我的輔導旅程？
Step 1: Mentors provid
e their short bio to Mentor Me. See Mentor Me website. 導師提供自我介紹，詳見Mentor Me官網。
Step 2: Mentees seek Mentors by browsing profiles or exploring search tags online. 學員通過導師的線上簡歷或搜索標籤來瀏覽合適的導師。
Step 3: Mentees fill in mentorship applications by leaving their self-intro & life/career development questions to certain Mentors they would like to talk to. (Mentor Me program encourages Mentees to look up more than 3 Mentors at a time. So Mentees can learn different perspectives from Mentors with different life experiences.) 學員可直接在特定導師的線上簡歷下方，留下自己的介紹和問題。導我計劃將會發送配對電子郵件去確認該導師的意願和時間。(導我計劃鼓勵學員每次和超過至少3位導師溝通，以學習到不同人生經驗的導師們，針對同一個問題，可以提供不同觀點，學習獨立思考)
Step 4: The Mentors can confirm & reply to the Mentees’ enquiries directly to set a time for initial conversations through emails. Mentor Me program would suggest that the first-time mentorship for both sides should be conducted in a face-to-face meeting or video conference. Mentors should share their real life experiences to answer Mentees’ questions first then give their advices. Mentor Me program believes that the best practices come from the loop of experience-reflection-implementation. 導師如果同意進行輔導，將可以直接回覆學員電子郵件，約定首次的輔導時間。導我計劃建議，為了陌生雙方第一次的輔導品質，應該通過會面或者視訊會議進行。導師應該基於真實的人生經驗，來回答學員的問題，再給予進一步的行動建議，培養學員藉由經驗-思考-實踐的路徑得到深刻體悟。
Step 5: The only return Mentor Me program requests from the Mentees is to give sincere feedback on the mentorship that our volunteering Mentors offered to the Mentor Me admin email. The feedback will be valuable references to other Mentees and shared online publicly. This is how simple Mentor Me is! 學員唯一要回報的只有在初期和導師對話之後，給予真誠的反饋，將會是未來其他學員可以公開參考的有價值資訊。導我計劃，一切就這麼簡單就開始了！
