Pick your fats wisely. These “bad” fats are known as seed oils and are highly inflammatory, omega 6 heavy fats that are the number one inflammatory food we should eliminate immediately. Unfortunately, these oils and fats are the fats primarily used in restaurants and processed foods. At the very least, change the oils you use at home and try to reduce the amount of processed foods you consume. Change what you can! Baby steps are better than standing still😃
