Kebabs in tomato and cinnamon sauce

📌Ingredients
For kebabs:
✅500 g ground beef
✅2 thick slices of white bread
✅50 ml red wine
✅1 red onion, finely chopped
✅2 cloves of chopped garlic
✅1 egg
A handful of parsley leaves
✅ 1/2 teaspoon ground caraway seeds
Salt and pepper for taste
For show:
✅ 2 tablespoons of olive oil
✅1 small onions, finely chopped
✅1 can of chopped tomatoes in their own juice
✅1 garlic clove, finely chopped
✅1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Salt and pepper for taste

📌 Preparation:
Cook the dish. Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the chopped onions and garlic for about 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, lower the temperature to a minimum and cook for 30 minutes.
Add spices and remove from the fire ..
Soak the bread in wine, squeeze and mix it with the rest of the ingredients for kebabs.
Put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and shape with the wet hands of the kebab.
Fry kebabs on oil for 5-7 minutes.
Heat the sauce, place the kebabs in it and cook for another 15 minutes.

✅ Bay leaf - 1 pc ․
✅ Black pepper (Koroshka) - 3 pcs ․
