On November 19, 2023 (Sunday) at 9:30am to 12pm, President the president of the club announced in the Group chat to come to the school to help them set up the booth, and help get the tables upstairs. Some members came to help set up a booth for the event held on Monday.

We have our own tasks; others are designing the booth, someone is fixing the tent, and someone is bringing in a paper with a prize on each balloon so that it can be ballooned on Monday. The president bought the prizes. The secretary bought the balloon, other prizes.

The president donated a balloon because there were not enough balloons bought by the secretary. The auditor donated designs that will be in the booth. The president donated a poster card of EXO to be a prize. The secretary donated with his printer; he printed the things needed for the booth such as the designs, name of the prize to be placed on the balloons. The booth setup was finished at 11:30 am. Sir Maki bought us a pizza and soft drinks because there are other members and officers who haven't eaten yet.

On November 20, 2023, the Reading and Language Club hosted a fun-filled "Dart, Dive, Delight: Balloon Dart Booth" at the school's event named "The Crusade of Wonders: unleash the magic and creativity within". The booth, adorned with different shades of pink balloons and vibrant and humorous decorations, attracted students in Polo National High School eager to test their aim and win exciting prizes.

In preparation for the event, the RLC Club members diligently gathered the necessary materials, including balloons, darts, booth necessities, and a variety of prizes ranging from candies, foods, anime, and K-pop Merchandise such as photo cards and an album. They inflated the balloons, ensuring that they had a paper inside as it would determine what the player had won, and arranged them on the dartboard.

As the school grounds buzzed with activity at exactly 9am, the RLC Club members enthusiastically greeted their fellow students, inviting them to participate in the Balloon Darts Booth. The air was filled with laughter and excitement as students eagerly stepped up to the challenge, aiming their darts with precision and anticipation.

The booth's atmosphere was lively and engaging, with the RLC Club members providing encouragement and support to all participants. They cheered for each successful dart toss, applauding both skillful hits and near misses. The infectious energy of the booth drew in even the most hesitant participants, creating a sense of companionship and shared fun.

The RLC Club ensured that every pop of the balloon by the participant received a significant prize. Students were delighted to receive their winning prizes, their faces lit up with smiles and laughter. The variety of prizes catered to a wide range of interests, ensuring that everyone found something to their liking.
