The fair and lovely Rose Quartz, with its gentle pink essence, is a stone of the heart, a Crystal of Unconditional Love. It carries a soft feminine energy of compassion and peace, tenderness and healing, nourishment and comfort.

Together we can get through anything. Tonight I made a Litsea and Geranium scrub for the husbands beard, inspired by this card. I'm really enjoying this 30 days of beard love. I'm pretty sure he is too.

Current mood. With everything that's been happening this month, these 3 oils have been at the forefront of my healing tool kit. Peace is a blend to bring exactly that, it's like a bottled hug that strokes your hair. Ylang Ylang has been a necessity with my changing hormones and whisper is what we call the women's blend, reconnecting me with my devine feminine self. I've surrounded myself with tranquil heart healing blue stones like this giant celestite, Blue Calcite heart, my moonstone jewellery and of course my blue lace agate diffuser necklace. I love that thing, put a bit of peace on it, and you're good to go. How perfect is this incredible print from Tiny Clementine So healing to me right now.

We are doing 30 days of loving all over my husbands beard. It's a glorious thing, it should be nurtured and celebrated. Every day for the next 30 days, the beard will be oiled and steamed and then moisturised with this wax that I just whipped up. Calendula (from my garden) infused oil, beeswax from up the mountain, Shea butter, and essential oils. I chose tea tree because beards are fu***ng gross, cedarwood because it's amazing for all sorts of hair growth, and smells super masculine, frank because duh, aborvitae as an experiment and litsea for its citrussy goodness. It's not actually a citrus so it's not photosensitive, so I don't have to worry about him out in the sun. And at the very last minute I threw in some of the all mighty golden healer manuka. For two reasons, it will smell delicious and work so well with the tea tree, but also because my man is a bloody legend, and he deserves some bloody golden manuka. I love having these beautiful tools at hand whenever I have the whimsy to make something to help my loved ones

How beautiful is this Sunstone tower I scored at Crystal Festivals Australia 🧡🧡 Adam Barralet from Crystal Connections says that Sunstone asks "who do I admire?“ and" which of their traits do I share?“ so I guess it makes sense that Sunstone makes me think of my beautiful friend Vanessa. She is warm, kind, compassionate, strong and honest with a heart of gold. She radiates a pure light that I can't get enough of.

The spiral is the oldest symbol known to be used in spiritual practices. It reflects the universal pattern of growth and evolution and represents the goddess, the womb, fertility and life force energy. It is a sacred symbol that reminds us of our evolving journey in life. When used as a personal talisman, the Spiral helps consciousness to accept the turnings and changes of life as it evolves.

I scored these beauties from local potter, Blue Moon Pottery by Tomoko. I have been waiting to get my hands on some more of her gorgeous work since the last pottery fair. She showcased her work at the RAW Gold Coast event at Southport Sharks in April, when I did my showcase. I love her pieces ces so much!!
