Marking 30 years since the iconic second album of depraved electronic madness GGFH release their landmark album ‘Disease’ on limited anniversary edition transparent red LP on 22nd March 2024.
"Disease was a transtemporal projection, a foretelling of a future that we are currently living, a world in decline. Government created pandemics and media produced wars. Oligarchs and billionaires burning the earth, and still we sit blindly... watching our own deaths on the computer screen". GGFH
Though musically there are only scarce links to the genre, GGFH’s material was very inspirational and fully embraced among metal bands as Kristoffer Rygg of Ulver states "God’s honest truth: Global Genocide Forget Heaven were darker than most of the metal bands back then.” With DHG/Dødheimsgard Official's Yusaf ‘Vicotnik’ Parvez who mentions "Truly one of my biggest inspirations, especially evident in the latter 90s DHG period".
Whilst celebrating this album with a fresh master of ‘Disease’ fans will be pleased to know that the band are currently working on new material

Some sick news... Ive been to touch with Peaceville, They are planning limited vinyl re-release ov Disease. Hoping for colored vinyl, but not confirmed yet. also not sure ov date either but will keep you informed. (cleaned up cover preview)

A very happy Halloween from Ghost & Brian. We were trying to get a new tune done by today to release, but it’s still being worked on.. I may do a tease vid later tonight so you can hear a few secs of it. Good news is we are currently working on a bunch of new songs and will start releasing when we feel they are ready. 🤘🏿Stay Sick.. Admin here. A while ago Ghost set up a Big Cartel shop and was selling limited rare releases from his personal collection to raise funds towards new equipment for future GGFH use. Most if not all have gone to collectors but some signed items still available. Here’s what I managed to get direct from Ghost to add to my ever growing collection including signed “Eclipse” tape, signed “Welcome To The Process “ ltd ed vinyl, signed “Very Beast Of” CD and signed photo. Superb.

Fellow GGFH fan Darren Millburn got in touch and sent scans from his fanzine “The Bendy Pencil” from 1993 which contained a very rare interview with Brian that Darren did when GGFH were in the UK supporting Fear Factory. A fantastic piece of the bands history.

Some of you may or may not know but the front cover art (and inlay) for the DISEASE release was in fact the "Jason Voorhees" character without the mask from the "Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood" movie manipulated by "E Con Graphix" in 1993 - Admin
