Before I got born again, a bell that would ring at a nearby church was bothering my spirit and each time it rang, I would be thinking: "what have you done about eternity?” Back then, I was living with my nephew and one day, he died and my spirit rebuked death, I was very bitter with death. When I looked at the body, I did not know what to think. When Jesus comes back, He will arrest death. We are not saved because of what we did in this life or the blessings we have received here. It is because of Jesus Christ that we have eternal life!

This message is not to frighten us. It is not about a church name or a denomination – this is a message for us to rejoice because Jesus is the only way, our transport out of this realm - to a better place, a place where there is no death and no sickness: every bad thing will have come to an end! This is something to smile about! Everyone will realise that this is what the preachers were talking about. That time is close! Before you were born, people preached this same message. Scoffers and mockers will come to question the second coming, asking about the promise that Jesus would come again. They will cause others to get lost but Jesus said: this kind of person does not stop the master from coming back. Those with ears hear! The only way to get to heaven is to go through Jesus Christ. We will not go there (to heaven) because we took communion in church or were part of a denomination.
