RETROGRADE EJ*******ON
In men with retrograde ej*******on, the muscle at the opening of the bladder, which usually stops semen from entering the bladder during or**sm, does not close normally. When the muscle does not close properly semen flows back into the bladder.
Little or no semen is therefore discharged from the p***s during ej*******on, and the first urination after s*x looks cloudy as the semen mixes with the urine.
Retrograde ej*******on is uncommon and usually harmless.
What causes retrograde ej*******on?
Retrograde ej*******on can happen after surgery to the prostate or the neck of the bladder. Diabetes, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, and some medications, in particular medicines for high blood pressure, can also cause retrograde ej*******on. Depending on the cause, retrograde ej*******on may be a temporary or permanent condition.
How is retrograde ej*******on treated?
Most men with retrograde ej*******on do not need treatment. The important message is that it does not cause serious problems. However, it is difficult for men with retrograde ej*******on to have a baby naturally.
For men wishing to have a family, s***m may need to be collected in other ways for use in assisted reproduction procedures such as in vitro fertilisation (IVF).
A fertility specialist can take s***m from the urine, or take s***m directly from the te**es during a minor operation (biopsy).
WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT LOW PROGESTERONE?
Having low progesterone may not have any symptoms for you, and you may not need to treat it.
However, if youâre trying to have a baby, hormone therapy to increase progesterone may help thicken your uterine lining. This may improve your chances of having a healthy pregnancy and carrying to term.
Menstrual irregularities and abnormal bleeding can also be improved through hormone therapy.
Treatment options for low progesterone include:
1. Creams and gels, which can be used topically or, in women, vaginally
2. Suppositories, which are commonly used when treating low progesterone that is causing fertility problems
3. Vaginal rings, which offer slower releases of hormones than oral medications, like Provera
Hormone therapy may help ease symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness. For some women, it improves mood and state of mind. It may also lower your risk of osteoporosis and diabetes. Oral progesterone may provide a calming effect, making it easier to sleep.
Natural remedies for raising low progesterone levels include:
1. Increasing your intake of vitamins B and C, which are necessary for maintaining progesterone levels
2. Eating more foods with zinc, like shellfish
3. Controlling stress levels, as cortisol is released instead of progesterone in high periods of stress and it reduces progesterone levels.
TUESDAY TRIVIA
Q: On average, for couples who are struggling to conceive, is it more likely female factor infertility or male factor infertility that is the issue?
4 REASONS YOU ARE NOT GETTING PREGNANT YET
Keep getting negative results every time you p*e on a stick? Here are four fertility saboteurs that could be the reasons you're not getting pregnant.
1. Stress: When you mention to friends and family that youâre âtrying,â youâre almost guaranteed to hear someone say, âJust relax and it will happen.â Easier said than done. Stress is going to take its toll on you both physically and mentally. When youâre stressed your adrenal system takes a hit. Learning to say no and to take time for yourself is important for improving your chances of having a baby.
2. Sleep deprivation: Sleep deprivation puts stress on the body (thereâs that pesky s-word again) and when youâre tired, you donât run on all cylinders. For people who donât get enough sleep, their immune systems are down a little bit and theyâre more likely to get infections, which will affect the reproductive cycle. Women who donât get enough sleep can also start to feel anxious, which may cause missed periods.
3. Weight issues: A woman who is underweight or overweight may have some difficulty conceiving a baby. An undernourished body may not ovulate properly... On the other hand, excess weight can have a significant effect on fertility. Just being over your ideal weight decreases your chance of getting pregnant even if you are ovulating regularly.
4. Biofeedback: Keeping a positive attitude is incredibly important. There is a huge mind-body connection. Try not to listen to the negative stories and try to be patient. Preparing for pregnancy up to a year in advance may be a good idea if youâre planning to start a family in the near future, that way you can focus on making lifestyle changes.
FERTILITY FACT FRIDAY
Focusing too much on your temperature can start to make you obsessive.
Temperature is not the best indicator for planning pregnancy as it does not give you any forewarning of ovulation. It only confirms that ovulation has happened (so is too late).
Also, temperature is influenced by many factors such as; late nights, sleeplessness and medications.
Monitoring your cycle is a much more effective way of tracking your fertile time.
You can try the First Response Ovulation calculator as an easy way to find out your fertile period.
ANTIBIOTICS AND MALE FERTILITY
Generally, antibiotics are among the most widely used and abused medicines globally.
Antibiotics are commonly used to treat infections of the reproductive tract in women and men, especially, treatment of s*xually transmitted infections.
FYI untreated UTI/ STDS CAN affect your fertility.
Several antibiotics have been shown in studies to interfere with male s***m factors.
Many of the most commonly used antibiotics, such as Penicillin G, Ampicillin, Tetracycline, and Erythromycin can adversely affect s***m and therefore male fertility.
These antibiotics cause a decrease in s***m production and motility and likely the percentage of viable s***m, however, the effects appear to be reversible once a man stops taking the antibiotic.
If you are having trouble getting pregnant, be sure to let your doctor know your partner is taking antibiotics or other medicines.
SHOULD I BE CONCERNED ABOUT LOW PROGESTERONE?
Progesterone is especially important in your childbearing years. If you donât have enough progesterone, you may have trouble getting or staying pregnant. Each month, after one of your ovaries releases an egg, your progesterone levels should rise.
Symptoms of low progesterone in women who arenât pregnant include:
Headaches or migraines
Mood changes, including anxiety or depression
Low s*x drive
Hot flashes
Irregularity in your menstrual cycle
During pregnancy, symptoms of low progesterone include:
Spotting and abdominal pain
Constant breast tenderness
Unrelenting fatigue
Frequent low blood sugar
Vaginal dryness
If your progesterone levels are too low, your uterus may not be able to carry the baby to term. Low progesterone may also indicate toxemia or ectopic pregnancy. This can sometimes result in miscarriage or fetal death.
TUESDAY TRIVIA!
Q: Is it important to take prenatal vitamins when you are trying-to-conceive before you are even pregnant?
WHAT IS PROGESTERONE?
Progesterone is a female s*x hormone produced mainly in the ovaries following ovulation each month. Itâs a crucial part of the menstrual cycle and maintenance of pregnancy.
Progesterone helps to regulate your cycle, but its main job is to get your uterus ready for pregnancy. After you ovulate each month, progesterone helps thicken the lining of the uterus in preparation for a fertilized egg.
If there is no fertilized egg, progesterone levels drop again and menstruation begins. If a fertilized egg does implant in the uterine wall, progesterone helps to maintain the uterine lining throughout pregnancy.
Progesterone is necessary for breast development and breast-feeding as well. It complements some of the effects of estrogen, another female hormone.
It also plays an important role with testosterone, as it is the precursor for adrenal hormones.
Men produce a small amount of progesterone to aid in the development of s***m.
VAGINAL BLEEDING OR SPOTTING IN PREGNANCY
There are a couple of probable reasons why a woman may bleed during pregnancy. These include:
1. Implantation Bleeding: Implantation bleeding is common; you might think you are having a light period, while in essence you are having this. You might also get other period related symptoms like bloatting, mild cramps as well as other symptoms. Implantation bleeding should not be confused with a short menstrual cycle.
2. Hormonal Changes: There are women who experience heavy or light bleeding as a result of the hormonal changes that take place during pregnancy. This will normally occur in the first months of pregnancy. It is basically referred to as early pregnancy bleeding. This should not worry you though.
3. Pregnancy on Contraceptives: If you happen to get pregnant while you are on contraceptives, there are chances that you will get irregular bleeding. It might take some time for a woman who combines contraceptives to realize that she is pregnant
4. Sub-chorionic bleeding: There are times that your body might form clots at the tip of the placenta. This is not normally a problem as it resolves itself with time. An ultrasound will tell if the problem is over.
5. Residual bleeding occurs in early pregnancy: Your hormones might get out of hand and cause the loose parts of the lining to shed. This is normally when the placenta is not fully attached.
6: Cervical bleeding: After engaging in s*x, some women bleed as a result of the tenderness and sensitivity of the cervix. If you notice this, you should not have any more in*******se as it could lead to a miscarriage as a result of cervical irritation.
EJ*******ON PROBLEMS
Ej*******on is the release of semen from the p***s at or**sm (s*xual climax). When a man is s*xually stimulated, the brain sends signals to the ge***al area through nerves in the spinal cord to make the pelvic muscles contract.
At or**sm, waves of muscle contractions transport the s***m, with a small amount of fluid, from the te**es through to the vas deferens. The seminal vesicles and prostate contribute extra fluid to protect the s***m.
This mixture of s***m and fluid (semen) travels along the urethra to the tip of the p***s where it is ej******ed (released).
What are ej*******on problems?
Men can experience different kinds of ej*******on problems, including:
Premature ej*******on
Retrograde ej*******on
Delayed ej*******on (or no ej*******on)
Painful ej*******on.
What causes ej*******on problems?
Ej*******on problems can have a variety of causes, both physical and psychological. Physical causes include some illnesses such as diabetes, some types of surgery or trauma, some types of inflammation or infection, and certain medicines. Psychological causes include stress, anxiety (such as anxiety about âs*xual performanceâ), relationship difficulties and depression.
For each type of ej*******on problem and for each individual man there may be one or more causes of an ej*******on problem.
What should I do if I have an ej*******on problem?
If you have an ej*******on problem that is bothering you, a discussion with your local doctor (GP) is the best place to start to find out the cause of the problem and how it may be treated or managed. The GP may refer you to a specialist if needed.
BLIGHTED O**M
A blighted o**m, also called an anembryonic pregnancy or anembryonic gestation, occurs when the early embryo stops developing, is reabsorbed and leaves an empty gestational sac. The reason this occurs is often unknown, but it may be due to chromosomal abnormalities in the fertilized egg.
A blighted o**m usually occurs early in pregnancy â between about week 8 and week 13 â sometimes before you even know you're pregnant. However, you may be aware of your early pregnancy because of a positive pregnancy test or missed menstrual period. A pregnancy test may be positive because the early embryo secretes a pregnancy hormone â human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) â until the embryo stops developing and fails to implant.
Blight O**m presents with:
â Positive Urine Pregnancy Test.
â Positive Blood Pregnancy Test.
â Negative/ absent gestational sac on ultrasound.
â Negative/ absent fetal poles
â Practically an empty womb with no developing fetus.
â Blighted o**m is considered an early miscarriage.
WHAT IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PCOS AND FERTILITY
Special glands in the body normally produce both female hormones and male hormones (at lower amounts) in women.
A delicate balance between these hormones keeps your body running smoothly and keeps your fertility at an optimal range. However, in women with PCOS, they produce more of the male hormone, testosterone.
What are the symptoms of PCOS?
1. Irregular or absent periods
2. Acne (Pimples)
3. Unwanted hair growth
4. Development of fluid-filled sacs (cysts) on the ovaries
5. For women with PCOS, the hormone imbalance can prevent the egg from releasing during ovulation. This can lead to fertility issues.
6. Insulin production may also be linked to PCOS and fertility. Many women with PCOS have high insulin levels, putting them at greater risk for developing type 2 diabetes.
7. The extra insulin also causes the body to make more male hormones.
What are the likely risks from PCOS in pregnancy?
1. Miscarriage
2. Gestational diabetes
3. High blood pressure
4. Premature delivery
Can PCOS be cured permanently?
There is no cure for PCOS. But symptoms can be managed to prevent other complications, including fertility issues. Your doctor will probably recommend lifestyle changes as a first step though you might need to combine them with other medical treatment options.
WHAT YOU SHOULDN'T SAY TO SOMEONE THAT HAD A MISCARRIAGE
You shouldnât ask: âwere you trying?â
You shouldnât: avoid them or pretend like it never happened.
You shouldnât say: âItâs for the best/ Itâs better this way.â
You shouldnât say: âthere was probably something wrong with the baby.â
You shouldnât say: âbetter luck next time.â
You shouldnât say: âthere will be more chances in the future.â or âyouâre young you will have more.â
You shouldnât say: âat least you have other kids.â
You shouldnât: tell them you understand when you donât
You shouldnât: call the baby âitâ.
You shouldnât: pressure them or tell them what to do regarding miscarriage
inducing drugs or d&c.
You shouldnât: surprise them around a group of people with news of your own pregnancy.
You shouldnât: imply that her loss isnât that bad or compare her situation to someone elseâs loss.
You shouldnât: bring your new baby to âcheer them upâ.
You shouldnât say: âAt least you werenât that far along.â
You shouldnât forget: it takes time to heal, physically & emotionally.
SUPER FOODS FOR A HEALTHY UTERUS (PART 2)
DAIRY PRODUCTS: Daily consumption of dairy products like yogurt, milk and cheese is essential for optimal uterine health. They are rich in calcium and vitamin D, which keep bones healthy, and uterine fibroids away.
A study by Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM) researchers at the Slone Epidemiology Center found that black women with high intake of dairy products have a reduced incidence of uterine leiomyomata (fibroids). Which is good news!
However, if you already have fibroids, it is best to avoid high-fat dairy products as it has been noticed that fibroid tumors get worse in women who consume high-fat dairy products such as whole milk, cream and butter.
These high fat products are often high in added hormones that can feed the tumors.
FATTY FISH: Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel are sources of Omega-3 fatty acids, which balance the production of prostaglandin, a hormone, which causes severe contractions of the womb, at different times, during a womanâs cycle.
These Omega-3 fatty acids also provide the womb with healthy fats that keep it healthy.
Omega-3 acids have been shown to help fertility by helping to regulate hormones in the body, increase cervical mucous, promote ovulation and overall improvement of the quality of the uterus, by increasing the blood flow to the reproductive organs.
GREEN TEA: Green tea is filled with antioxidants. It doesn't just help maintain a healthy uterus, but can also treat fibroids in the uterus.
According to herbal specialists, women with uterine fibroids should drink green tea regularly for around 8 weeks. This will help in the reduction of the number of fibroids.
Armed with the knowledge of super foods, we can prepare our body (womb) appropriately for conception, pregnancy and even afterwards.
SUPER FOODS FOR A HEALTHY UTERUS (PART 1)
The uterus is a vital organ in a womanâs body. It forms the basis of the female reproductive system and plays a pivotal role in the foundation of life.
It is crucial to keep your uterus healthy and in optimal health, before conception, during pregnancy and afterwards. Read on to know what foods for healthy uterus you need to include in your diet.
LEMONS: Lemons are very rich in Vitamin C, which is a good immune booster. Vitamin C also works wonders for the immunity of the womb, ensuring that the uterus is able to fight off bacterial infections.
This is so important because the first contact a baby has with bacteria is usually in the birth canal of its mother, and the motherâs gut health has a significant influence on the lifelong health of her baby, so this is not just for the sake of the uterus but also for the later health of the baby that uterus will carry.
Apart from lemons, other fruits rich in vitamin C and bioflavonoids like mangos, pawpaw, oranges, lime, and strawberries can help in impeding the growth of fibroids in your uterus.
They can also normalize estrogen levels in the body. Bioflavonoids also prevent ovarian cancer and help in keeping the reproductive system healthy.
EGGS: Eggs have been referred to as natureâs powerhouse, and egg yolks as the most natural multivitamin to exist on earth. Whole eggs are a nearly perfect food; with almost every essential vitamin and mineral our bodies need to function.
It is one of the few natural food sources of vitamin D, and contains 7 grams of high-quality protein.
For the womb, the egg yolk has a nutrient called Choline in addition to many other nutrients.
Choline protects against neural tube defects, which are birth defects of the brain, spine, or spinal cord. With sufficient choline in the uterus before conception, you protect your baby and your uterus from any damage that may arise from carrying a child with defects.
PREMATURE OVARIAN FAILURE
Premature ovarian failure â also known as primary ovarian insufficiency â is a loss of normal function of your ovaries before age 40. If your ovaries fail, they don't produce normal amounts of the hormone estrogen or release eggs regularly. Infertility is a common result.
Signs and symptoms of premature ovarian failure are similar to those of going through menopause and are typical of estrogen deficiency. They include:
*Irregular or skipped periods (amenorrhea), which might be present for years or develop after a pregnancy or after stopping birth control pills
*Difficulty conceiving
*Hot flashes
*Night sweats
*Vaginal dryness
*Irritability or difficulty concentrating
*Decreased s*xual desire
Premature ovarian failure results from the loss of eggs (oocytes). This might happen because of:
*Chromosomal defects
*Toxins
*An immune system response to ovarian tissue (autoimmune disease).
*Unknown factors
If you've missed your period for three months or more, see your doctor to help determine the cause. You can miss your period for a number of reasons â including pregnancy, stress, or a change in diet or exercise habits â but it's best to get evaluated whenever your menstrual cycle changes.
FOR ANYONE AFFECTED BY INFERTILITY, THIS IS DEDICATED TO YOU
Many people know little about the emotional, spiritual, ethical, medical and financial difficulties of infertility.
Fertility is not something weâre comfortable discussing. When we or someone we know is suffering, we tend to keep silent. Silence creates barriers for authentic communication about what weâre experiencing and can cause feelings of isolation.
We need to learn how to talk about infertility. Doing this well requires tenderness from families, friends, doctors and communities.
Being tender means being educated about how to respond. Sometimes when people share their experience, the response is either hurtful or unhelpful.
We need to also learn how to be sensitive so we can ease someoneâs burden instead of making it harder.
PHONE DEVICE TESTS MALE FERTILITY WITH 98% ACCURACY
A new smartphone attachment can evaluate a man's semen and determine his level of fertility with up to 98% accuracy, a new study has showed.
The new technology -- consisting of an external accessory in which s***m samples are inserted and an app that analyzes them -- could make testing as straightforward as a home pregnancy test, the scientists say.
A disposable kit collects samples for insertion into the casing placed around the smartphone. This is going to be the first fully automated device to make infertility testing as simple as home pregnancy tests for women
350 unwashed and unprocessed semen samples from a fertility clinic were evaluated for semen quality based on World Health Organization guidelines.
The device was able to identify abnormal s***m samples, based on s***m concentration and motility, and determine infertility with roughly 98% accuracy.
CAN ENDOMETRIOSIS AFFECT EGG QUALITY?
Its still Endometriosis month!!!!!!!!!!
Endometriosis is a truly puzzling fertility health issue. Itâs experienced differently by each woman diagnosed with it. Doctors understand it differently and treat it differently as well.
A lot of women are equally curious to know if endometriosis can affect their egg health. In some cases, endometriosis does affect egg quality. One of the big reasons why is that endometriosis causes increased free radical production in the reproductive system.
New research finds women with endometriosis may benefit from antioxidants to help fight excess free radical activity.
Another problem is as abnormal endometrial tissue develops, it can lead to scar tissue or adhesions that affect circulation to the ovaries. Over time, a lack of proper circulation can affect follicle development.
Endometriosis may also spread to the ovaries, causing more problems. While small chocolate cysts on the ovaries may not be an issue, large chocolate cysts in danger of rupturing can create a real challenge for egg health.
In addition, endometriosis can cause the ovaries to become twisted or adhere to each other (kissing ovaries). If endometriosis damage is profound, distorting the reproductive organs, medical fertility interventions may be necessary.
WAYS TO IMPROVE UTERINE HEALTH FOR WOMEN WITH FIBROIDS
Uterine fibroids or uterine leiomyoma as they are technically known, are non-cancerous growths of the uterus (womb) that often appear during a womanâs childbearing years.
They develop from the smooth muscular walls of the uterus and can interfere with pregnancy and fertility.
Joint research by the Boston school of medicine, Harvard medical school and the National Institute of Health found that African women have a more than 5 times higher odds of having severe symptoms and develop fibroids five to six years earlier than other women with a similar family history.
Uterine health in women with fibroids can be maintained by doing the following:
1. Follow a low fat, vegetarian diet: Eating a plant-based diet can relieve fibroid symptoms by reducing inflammation and enhancing metabolism.
2. Reduce caffeine intake: Caffeine can aggravate fibroids by increasing estrogen production. (Estrogen receptors are higher in fibroid tissue.)
Research has shown that women who take 4 to 5 cups of coffee daily, produce 70% more estrogen in the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle than women who consume less than 1 cup of coffee.
3.Fertility cleansing: A 24-hour vegetable juice diet helps clean out acid waste and reduces body congestion. There are many good cleanses to try.
4. Eat cruciferous veggies: Indole 3 carbinol in vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and brussels sprouts improves estrogen metabolism and the bodyâs ability to eliminate excess estrogen.
CAN SUPPORT GROUPS HELP WHILE COPING WITH INFERTILITY
Perhaps one of the most important benefits of participating in an infertility support group, is a decreased sense of the isolation so many people feel when they are experiencing infertility.
In a support group environment, feelings of anger, depression, guilt and anxiety can be expressed, validated by others and accepted as a normal response to the infertility crisis.
Support group members often realize how their experiences in the group have created a special bond and identity between group members. By sharing feelings, accomplishments, losses, and humor known only to those who experience infertility, members can develop strong emotional ties to one another.
By offering a safe place to express and explore the feelings generated by the infertility experience, support groups help participants move toward a positive resolution of this difficult life crisis.
NEW STUDY LINKS NAIL POLISH TO HORMONAL IMBALANCE
Many cosmetics and body care products contain ingredients called xenohormones, some of which are known to mimic estrogen in the body (xenoestrogens).
Xenohormones contribute to hormonal imbalance and fertility health problems by disrupting the normal balance of hormone levels in the body.
Nail polish is one of many cosmetic products that has been found to contain ingredients that elicit a strong hormonal effect.
Nail polish contains Triphenyl phosphate (TPHP or TPP). TPHP is a chemical used in plastics to improve flexibility and as a flame retardant.
TPHP is now under scrutiny and what is being learned is that it is a developmental toxin. In fact, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) lists TPHP as an endocrine-disrupting chemical.
Women expose themselves to phthalates via beauty, body care and personal products on a daily basis. If you hadnât thought your nail polish could contribute to hormone imbalance, itâs time to do so.
Both phthalates and organophosphates have been found through both animal and some limited human studies to alter reproductive health in the following ways:
1. Disrupt s*x-hormone balance
2. Inhibit estrogen metabolism
3. Suppress estradiol production by the ovaries which can lead to anovulation
4. Increase levels of 17β-estradiol (E2)
5. Increase testosterone (in male fish)
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BODY AFTER DELIVERY?
After delivery, your body will gradually change back to the non-pregnant state:
⢠Your uterus gradually decreases in size over the first six weeks postpartum.
⢠The loose skin and muscles of your abdomen will gradually tighten to some degree, although later on you will likely want to help this process along by exercising and watching your calories.
⢠Breastfeeding women especially should make sure that they drink enough liquids and maintain a good diet.
⢠You will continue to have a small amount of bloody vaginal discharge (called âlochiaâ) for 4 to 6 weeks.
⢠When to expect your period depends on whether you are breastfeeding, or using a hormonal form of birth control. Women who are not breastfeeding generally have their first period 4 to 8 weeks after delivery.
⢠A vaginal tear or episiotomy is usually healed in 2 to 4 weeks, but the tissue continues to change and remodel for up to a year.
⢠A cesarean (âC-sectionâ) scar, which includes the strong fascia layer underneath the skin, takes about 8 weeks to heal completely, so until then you should avoid heavy lifting.
FSH AND FERTILITY
FSH, or follicle-stimulating hormone, is a naturally occurring hormone that is made by the pituitary gland in the body.
For women, follicle-stimulating hormones help to control and regulate the womanâs menstrual cycle and is also partially responsible for the production of the ova, or eggs, in the ovaries. It is normal for a womanâs FSH levels to vary throughout her monthly cycle, with there being a spike in the levels immediately before ovulation.
However, if FSH levels are generally too high or too low, it can signal fertility issues for the woman which can prevent conception from occurring. High levels of FSH in women is a signal of poor ovarian function, polycystic o***y syndrome or can indicate that menopause has begun or is currently taking place.
All of these conditions have a negative impact on fertility. Low levels of the hormone can indicate that eggs are not being produced, that the pituitary gland is not functioning correctly, that there are significant levels of stress present or that the person is severely underweight which can also cause fertility problems to occur.
For men, FSH controls s***m production which is of course essential to fertility. It is also essential for men to have normal levels of the FSH hormone. An imbalance of this hormone in men can contribute to infertility.
Unlike women, a manâs FSH levels remain relatively constant rather than fluctuating throughout the month. High levels of FSH in a male could indicate that the testicles are not functioning properly, or may have been damaged by some condition.
They can also indicate the presence of Klinefelter syndrome, a genetic disorder that causes the presence of too many X chromosomes in the male.
Low levels of FSH usually indicate that s***m is not being produced.
