Tonight's dinner: Coq Au Vin and Cauliflower Gratin topped with Roasted Cauliflower and Panko
Picked up what is a great follow up to "Kitchen Confidential". "Medium Raw"by Anthony Bourdain. It could not be more entertaining. I would love to have a drink with this guy.
