As we await the launch of the only blog you will ever need to start your online journey, I want to give you some homework. The most crucial step in making good money online is finding a niche. This is the very first step!!

Choosing the right niche is like laying the foundation for a strong and thriving online presence. It helps you target the right audience, stand out from the crowd, and build a loyal following. Without a clear niche, it's easy to get lost in the vast online world, and I don't want that for you!
🔍 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲-𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:
So, how do you find the perfect niche for you? Start by brainstorming your passions, skills, and expertise. What excites you the most? What are you really good at? 🤔 Then, do some market research to see what niches have existing demand and who your potential competitors might be. This will help you narrow down your options and find your sweet spot!
But don't worry. If you are finding it hard to come up with a niche, I will teach you how you can work together with OpenAI (ChatGPT or GPT4) to narrow down your focus on a specific passion you have. For now, just have a meeting with yourself and decide what it is you really love and what you want to accomplish.
When I opened this group some years back, it was all about helping Kenyans who wanted to start their careers in transcription and editing, specifically in Gotrascript, and the messages were overwhelming! It was beyond what I had expected. I tried replying to a few, but it was just too monotonous because, over time, I noticed they were practically the same; "How can I start making money online" (in transcription, basically).
It was then that it dawned on me that not so many people realize the power of the internet and the opportunities out there besides transcription. For the past seven years, I've gained experience by researching and learning different ways of making money online that work and I'd like to share them with you.

Hello, freelancers. Transcription has the ability to give you financial freedom. It all depends on you. You can work as little and as much as you like. Newbees typically make about $15 to $20 a day, but as you progress and maybe become an editor, you can make up to $30 to $50 a day or even more. There are tricks to making more money, $100 a day even. If you happen to speak another language, the common ones: French, Spanish, Portuguese, etc... you can make way more as a translator. Remember, this is not a get rich quick scheme, this is a job, but you being your own boss. Working at your own pace and time, anywhere. You can travel and kick start your YouTube career, or start that business you've always wanted, or move to a different city since now you have cash flow.
