Dental floss
a special floss for cleaning the space between the teeth from plaque and pieces of writing
Take about 18-24 cm of thread. Wrap around the middle fingers of both hands. There should be no more than 4 cm of free dental floss between the fingers.
Pinch the floss between your thumb and forefinger. This must be done with both hands.
Gently pass the floss between the teeth so as not to touch the gum. It will be more convenient to floss if you bend the free section of the thread in the shape of the letter "C".
While holding the floss, clean the side surface of the tooth, then repeat the same procedure for the second side of the tooth.

Dental floss (floss) - a special thread for cleaning the space between the teeth from plaque and pieces of food [1]. Since the use of a toothbrush can only clean three of the five surfaces of a human tooth, the remaining two surfaces need special care. For this, floss is used. It allows you to remove plaque and pieces of food from the interdental spaces in order to prevent the occurrence of caries. At the same time, the use of a thread for the treatment or prevention of gingivitis is considered inappropriate.
When a flower blooms, Divine Purpose (the expression and experience of any aspect of Divinity) has been fulfilledâand The Sacred Journey of the life form called âflowerâ has reached Completion at that stage. It does not reach what would be called âtotalâ Completion, because the life form called âflowerâ does not and cannot ever âdieâ or âgo away.â Its energy simply changes form, moving to the next stage in its expression and manifestation.
Unlike flowers or trees or other less developed biological Life Forms, the Life Expression called human beings is capable of expressing and experiencing wisdomâspecifically, the Wisdom of the Soulâthrough which, when added to the Experience held in the Mind, a state of âpartial Completionâ may be reached many, many times, during many moments, across one physical life span.
