Lady Halos 8U

These girls went 3-0 at the RAW athletics Inc. Spring Round Robin earning their first tournament win as a team 🥇.

🗡️ Game 1: Brooklyn went 4-4 with 4 doubles!
🛡️ Game 1: Autumn stopped 4 hits to third base with 3 outs at 2nd and an out at 1st.

🗡️Game 2: Veronica went 3-3 with 2 RBIs.
🛡️Game 2: Allie made a great catch in RC and turned a double play at 1st.

🗡️🛡️Game 3: Rylan made Lady Halos history earning both batting and fielding awards today. 5 stops and outs at 1B and going 3-3 (but went 10-10 for the entire tournament)!

Things are looking very promising! 😇🥎

Team LaFever didn’t find the pot of gold today but we walked away with several gems! 💎

Ended up losing our second bracket play game against Team PA but the girls battled hard and kept things very exciting going into bottom of the 4th.

Congrats to Rylan for earning Diamond Slayer 🗡️in the last game going 3 for 3 and for running the bases like Usain Bolt ⚡️.

Congrats to Aubrey for holding down the fort at 1B earning Fortress Defender 🛡️ with 5 outs and 2 pop fly catches!

The girls reached another new milestone this tournament both of the defensive and offensive side of the field. We got this! 😇🥎🙌

Much needed work today to keep these girls ready for tournament season. Autumn brought her bat going 3-3 with a triple and a home run. 🙌

Funny story: Allie and Brooklyn knew each other from dance before both trying out for Lady Halos earlier this year. Little did they know that their team paths would meet again!!! 😀

What goes around comes around. We broke a couple hearts today only to have our hearts eventually broken in the semifinals. 💔🥎

Most importantly we found ourselves. 💪🏼 😇
First tournament of the season is in the books and plenty to write home about!

Who’s gonna be our Queen of Hearts???

Our 2024 season starts this Sunday morning versus a couple of formidable opponents. Looking forward to a great day of softball and maybe we’ll be breaking some hearts!!! 💔🥎

The wait is almost over! First tournament is only a week away. These girls have been putting in work since last September and doing their best to bond and learn how to play together through significant change. We’re super proud of how far they have come and excited about what lies ahead.

Next Sunday they finally get their chance at tournament play. Go for it girls! 🥎🙌🩵

🥎🛑Congrats to Rylan and Aubrey for their golden gloves. Combined they had 11 strong defensive plays and Rylan stood on her head catching 3 flies and a line drive!

Team 8U LaFever put in some some much needed work last night as they prepare their new squad for spring tournaments. Many thanks to Team Pennsylvania - Toth 8u for the opportunity and their hospitality.

🥎💣Congrats to Brooklyn, Autumn and Violet for waking up the bats! These girls combined went 14-18 with two homeruns, two triples and two doubles.

🥎🛑Congrats to Brooklyn, Silvia and Rylan for heating up the gloves. Their "STOP" signs were in full effect with 28 defensive plays generating 12 outs.

Great effort across all the Lady Halos and Team Pa. Keep it up girls!!!
