My first attempt at rust dyeing came out quite interesting don’t you think?
Feel free to DM me any questions you have about this process!
The original fabric is plain white in color.
This dyeing technique will be one of multiple techniques I will use as a base for my screen prints in my upcoming textile designs.

As this year comes to a close I would like to thank each and every one of you who has supported me along my creative path for the past six months.
I have made so many amazing new friends here on Instagram, many who I now consider good friends off this platform as well.
I never would have imagined there was such a wonderful community of creatives on here, all sharing similar journeys of inspiration, discovery and learning…and the best part…together.
I cherish each and every one of you who were there with me for the the tailgate drop-offs, exploratory road-trips, cars full of antiques and foliage, floodwater-filled openings and so many other wonderful adventures.
I am happy to be spending a short bit of downtime with my family over the next week, but I am so, so looking forward to all the amazingness ready to unfold in January.
May you all be eternally blessed.
