My oldest Slade Reiley found 2 of my Daddy’s albums on Spotify! What a beautiful surprise ! 🥹
Since my illness I find myself thinking about him all the time and I feel him watching over me every single day! It’s crazy for me to think I’m only 2 years younger than he was when he passed and Talon is exactly how old I was when I lost him. I love you Daddy and I miss you so much it hurts to breath. Cherish your parents this holiday season and enjoy every moment you are given together! I hope you all have a blessed and beautiful week! ❤️🎶🎸

John Rainey Adkins was the coolest Daddy on Earth. He was such a chill, laid back musician that loved his family and made amazing music. If I could talk to him today I would just love to tell him that I am sorry that I didn't get to know him better and have him in my life longer. I am sorry for not paying better attention when he talked to me and also that I was so argumentative with him. I guess we argued because we were a lot alike!! Fathers Day has never been the same for me. He died on Fathers Day in 1989 when he was my age. So if you are blessed enough for your daddy to still be with you no matter what kind of relationship you have, let him know how much you love him and sit down and talk to him and listen. I know that I will see you again daddy and I can't wait to sit with you and catch up on all of the talks we never got to have. ❤️ you forever ~ Traci
