I know you guys have a million pictures of these things in women who are much more beautiful on your feed, but I want to provide some talking points for older adults 👇🏻

• Grandma is wearing Depends these days, so we were able to size her up to # # to accommodate

• speaking of, if she’s incontinent they can be rinsed out in the sink really easily & dry quickly 

• Grandma lives in a nursing facility and they do her laundry. Staff has machine dried these no less than 30 times and they still look brand new

• The elastic waist band makes it easy for her to put on herself. We really appreciate any task that preserves her independence these days. 

• we take the drawstring out for her (it’s just a stressor she doesn’t need) but since the ends are metal, it takes about 3 minutes to put back in if she wants it for decorative purposes

• For the most part, the fabric blend spans all four seasons. As you can imagine, space is limited in the nursing home closet.

Well it’s 2020! This year I am giving myself health. My goal is to cut out sugar dairy and gluten. Also I have goal of working out 3-4 days a week and working towards 5. I want feel my best by the end of the year, I want to lose a pound a week and get closer to what I was in this first picture you see. Along with that I want to practice compassion not only to others but myself this year. And forgiveness. I want to constantly hold myself to the highest standards and each new day be better than the day before.
