Started a 6 day detox today. It includes taking supplements, drinking a shake for breakfast and eating clean whole foods. My body was ready for it after not eating so healthy over the last couple of months. 🥦🥒🥕🥬

Quick meal idea 🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳 vegetable chicken sheet pan dinner
🥦 Choose your favorite veggies or what you have on hand (chopped). I used sweet potato, broccoli, zucchini, onion, and garlic
🌴 add chopped dates
🍗 Cube chicken. I used chicken breast
🧂 Add salt and pepper and Italian sesoning
🧀 optional- add nuts and cheese at the end
