Long a mecca for BCAS fans and a variety of other confused pilgrims, the former BC practice facility, also known as Cassell Park, will be the site of a new Independence elementary school. Seems like a saloon or an orthopedic rehab clinic would have been more appropriate. Oh well...progress as promised. Thanks to Jim "Doc Walk" Austin for the photo.
