Engaging purveyor's of functional fabulocity. Ever had conversation with a piece of 100-year-old timber? We have. We’re Andrew Barnes and Chris O'Neil; DaBoiz.
And we happen to think there’s nothing more satisfying than a great conversation with a weathered old fence post. At DaBoiz, reclaimed wood, architectural antiquities and salvaged findings reign supreme, and our mission is to provide our clients with a heady mix of innovation and history; with all of our works being thoughtfully crafted from new and reclaimed components. Whether its a large cabine
t touting 150-year-old timber or a simple re-purposed piece of silver plate, the range of pieces we provide is bound only by our limitless imaginations. All of our pieces feature unique characteristics specific to the components we’re inspired to reclaim or re-purpose. As a consequence, many of our works are one of a kind. Need a traditional harvest table but want it counter height with a foot rail and a bank of pot drawers for a kitchen island? We take orders “real good”, and would be only too happy to create collaborative/custom work based on your particular spacial needs and personal style. We also design pieces for commercial application and are only too happy to execute on-sight installations. We are so lucky to call the Maritimes our home; a region proudly dotted with the ghostly silhouettes of our architectural past. And if we’re not salvaging timber and findings to inspire us, then you’ll catch us in our studio/ workshop in Riverview New Brunswick with our creative thinking caps firmly planted; chatting with a humble old floor board and creating functional pieces that we hope will enhance the quality of your daily life. And just maybe…bring a smile to your face.
