The 2 main things I focus on are bowels & kidneys. Bowels remove digestive waste & kidneys remove lymphatic waste. What doesn’t come out stays in & accumulates.. creating a toxic and acidic environment in the body.

BOWELS can be supported by colonics, juices, herbs (aloe, cascara sagrada, fennel seed, marshmallow root, slippery elm, peppermint..)

KIDNEYS can be supported by herbs (parsley, dandelion root, stinging nettle, corn silk, chanca piedra..)

Just finished a 5 day juice cleanse followed by a colonic 🌟

If you feel fatigued, dehydrated, poor digestion or bloating… hop on a liquid fast.
Juice cleansing is a great way to hydrate & flush the bowels, reset digestion, curb β€œbad” food cravings and truly hydrate the cells!
Colonics or enemas during / after help to eliminate any die off or toxicity that is needing to come out during the cleanse.

CANDIDA & FRUIT ↓ ↓

I struggled with systemic candida for years. I feared all sugar.. especially fruit.
I tried the candida diet (which is extremely restricting if you are vegan.) I felt tired, low energy & fatigued.

I moved to fully raw for several months consuming mostly fresh juices, large raw salads and herbs for candida.

Eventually I added in fruits but kept my fat intake low. The issue with candida & fruit isn’t the β€œsugar” it’s mixing high fat with high fruit.

A high raw, low fat diet with herbs & green drinks was the ONLY thing that rapidly began to heal my gut. I experienced crazy die off symptoms from the candida. But every day I experienced less brain fog, better digestion, less bloating & increased energy.

If you are struggling with candida, I recommend focusing on greens + herbs more in the beginning. Then slowly incorporating more fruit as you begin to clear some of the candida out of your body.

Fruit is not the enemy ! I’m grateful for my experience bc now I enjoy fruit 100% guilt free! πŸ‡πŸ‰πŸŒ

It started with a 3 day juice cleanse in hopes of healing my gut.. 6 years later I am still living this lifestyle πŸ‰ 🌿

I’m not 100% perfect but I do know that raw foods, fruits & juices make me feel my best!

I often get asked β€œhow long do I have to eat this way until I’m healed?” To which I answer β€œwhy would you want to go back to the foods that made you sick?”

Adopting this way of eating takes time, patience and proper transition but it is well worth it! Once you feel the health in your body & mind you won’t want to go back! πŸ˜‰ πŸ’•

It's important to know where you are when starting a detox. The starting point for most people will likely NOT be a water fast. You can detox the body too quickly... especially if you have not opened up your eliminative pathways first.
Start slow, incorporate fresh juices, fruits, veggies and herbs into your daily diet. Listen to your body, do some research, work with a health coach and as you feel ready, slowly move up the pyramid.

The fasting lifestyle

For the past 3 years, it seems I have fasted more than I have eaten. One meal a day is very easy for me. I haven't eaten 3 meals a day for 5 years. It's not just about low residue-producing foods (raw fruits and veg) it's about how effective you eliminate waste through the kidneys, skin, and colon. Nutrition is a fad and the none faster will never come to understand this.
Longevity studies have never been conducted and observed from eating more but the data does show this from eating less. The mind is always trying to rob you that you need more. You don’t need more! You need to obstruct less. There are plenty of nutritional foods that are also very acidic like raw meat and dairy. Acids impair and damage the cells. Acids make it so that you can’t utilize anything good from the food. This is why fruits and vegetables are vital along with fasting. Acids don’t promote longevity. Eat less and eat plants. Plant foods will never be more acidic than animal foods because plant foods contain more bio-photons. Cooked dead animal foods are void of energy. Cooked meat is zero units of Angstrom energy. Our cells need energy. Anything void of electrolytes dehydrates cells and this is why cooked anything is not optimal. If you do eat cooked food it would be best to eat plant foods and to fast for 18-23 hours a day because you can’t rob the body of energy with cooked dead animal tissue and fluids and thrive long term.
When the body eliminates decades of stored interstitial lymphatic waste and you give your body only plant source of fuel primarily raw then you will come to understand that less is more and the fasting lifestyle is vital for mental, spiritual, and physical vitality.

Fruit rules
❁ Always eat fruit first!
❁ Fruits are water based and digest quickly (30min or less)
❁ They are best eaten FIRST & ALONE
❁ Never mix fruit with protein, fats or complex carbs (leafy greens OK) πŸ₯¬
❁ Proteins require different enzymes to digest and can take hours to do so. Improper food combining causes a traffic jam in the body: gas, bloating, indigestion, etc.
❁ Once I eat a heavier meal (ie fats, protein or complex carbs) I am done with fruit for the day ✨
