Sometimes it's hard to understand what to expect from printed materials if you've never used them before. Like:

🖨️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: UPCOMING PRICE INCREASE 🖨️

On January 1st, my production partner raised prices on certain printed materials - the items most affected are fabric items (fabric banners, table cloths, table runners, and backdrops).

Inflation is affecting the cost and availability of a lot of the materials we work with and the inks for our printers. The cost of running the shop + shipping costs are also going up, so the price increase is unavoidable.

The increases won't be a lot, but they will be raised updated to reflect the price increase effective February 3rd!

Hey all!
Just a heads up - I'm currently gearing up for a convention (Anthrocon) and need to focus on con prep and finish the masse of print orders that are already in production.

As such, the Check Out button has been hidden from the shop. You are welcome to add items to your cart in the meantime, but you will be unable to place an order during this time.

Any open orders will continue through production and will ship before I leave for the show - and you will get an email notification when your order ships.

Also a note: the deadline for Anthrocon/AnimeExpo orders has passed and I will be unable to accept any further orders for either of those shows. If you're looking to get items in time for Otakon, the deadline is July 12th (Otakon pickup will be available).

I've been working hard on a brand new website for the print shop. Over the last 2 weeks, I've had a few customers help me run through the new shop with orders, proofing, and more - and everything has been great!!

UPCOMING SHOP VACATION

I will be going out of town for a few weeks at the end of October, so the print shop will be closed from Oct 15-mid November.

Any orders must be placed, files sent, and proofs approved prior to Oct 15th or the order will be put on hold and worked on upon my return.

Here's some quick info for those who haven't used my print services before:

✦ ALL items can be customized with any colors, logo, text, images that you wish!

✦ Everything is printed to the edge - meaning you can have any color or image background you like.

✦ All files must be print-ready, CMYK, and 150-300dpi PDF or JPGs.

✦ Typical turnaround time: Digital proofing takes about 1-3 days. Once you approve your production proof, you will have your item in about 7-12 days.

The past month, each of us has been challenged by the COVID-19 outbreak and the challenges it has brought to every community and every family around the world.

Starting at the end of the workday yesterday, the print shop that I work closely with to provide print services for you all are closing their facility for new orders for the time being.

With them being a small 'mom & pop' operation, I want to support them in this trying time but I also want them to be safe and respect their decision to take a break for a while.

As such, I've put the print shop into 'vacation-mode' on Etsy until they are able to take on more work. All submitted jobs will be produced and shipped over the next week -- so please make sure your production proofs have been approved!!

I get questions a lot about how long orders take to arrive and if orders will arrive before a certain convention.
To help illustrate a typical turnaround time, I've put together this turnaround calendar and deadline list.

➡️ After I receive your print-ready artwork, I will get a digital proof sent to you in about 1-3 days (depends on my workload, weekends, holidays, etc).

➡️ Once you approve your proof, your order will go into production. Printing is usually done within a day and shipped the day after.

➡️ Shipping times will depend on your location and shipping speed. All orders are shipped with FedEx and take about 3-7 days to arrive.

I usually guestimate that your order will arrive between 7-9 days after you approve your production proof.

Digital proofs might be delayed by an extra day or two due to a personal injury.
