Today my little sister, our office manager, calls and asks me why her heat sounds like it is having trouble starting. While we were FaceTiming trying to find the problem, I asked her to check the filter real quick to rule that out. The look on my face is from the moment the camera focused in on the amount of build up that was on her filter and the amount of disappointment and shock I was feeling all at once. I think we found the problem with her heat 😑

So, this is your friendly reminder to check your filters! Do not let them get like this- it can cause major problems in the long run!
