Aquí les adjunto dos lecturas del semestre pasado para que los niños se vayan aclimatizando a mi y a verme en la computadora. Un video es en inglés y el otro en español. Mientras más me vean, puede que más familiarizados estarán conmigo cuando comenzemos el aprendizaje virtual. ❤
I have attached two read aloud videos from last semester for the kids to begin getting used to watching me online. One video is in English and the other in Spanish. The more they watch me online, the more familiarized they might be with me when we begin virtual learning.❤

After listening to Clic clac mu: vacas escritoras, preschoolers were asked to write a letter to Farmer Brown from the pigs asking for something. In one letter the pigs ask for barro, in another for mantas eléctricas and the last for sombreros because it's too hot. I am so proud of my kids!🐷🐖🐽

This week we continue with our Granja theme. Today preschoolers went to a virtual field trip to a Rancho (farm) in Mexico. Sr. Axel drove the bus and Sra. Maricely, Sra. Lissette and Sra. Cantero were the chaperones. A big thank you to everyone who joined. Next week we will be going to the zoo.

Our Backwards Parade was so much fun!!! We loved seeing every one of you!Thanks to Goofy, Sr. Axel, Sra. Maricely, Sra. Santiago and Kathy for coming to say hi to the kids! It was a wonderful day for your teachers!!!We loved the signs and the tokens of love. Such a beautiful day and we are so blessed to be your teachers. ☺❤

Each student has a portfolio in Class Dojo. You can submit pictures or video of your child's work to the portfolio and I will have instant access to the work. Uploading the pictures or video is very simple. The best part is, it will all be in one place as a record. Think of the portfolios as parent/teacher shared files. Guided Reading Groups began today. All of the students were sent an invite. This is an intervention time to maintain or build Spanish literacy skills needed in kindergarten for reading. If you work and the time for your child's group is not convenient please let me know. 🥰
