I get it, tangata Māori get a s**t ton of hate for posting and using social media to push themselves out there but here’s the thing, everyone else has evolved with the times so why can’t those that mahi within taha wairua both as a job and a life style do the same? Should we stay in the Stone Age JUST because we’re gifted?! 🤦🏽♀️
Just because the line of mahi we stand in isn’t as openly accepted as others, doesn’t mean we can’t use social media just the same as others do as a “regular” business.
So, next time you give someone s**t for offer their services or displaying their gift - ask yourself why you find it acceptable for other niches to display their talents and gifts but not spirituality?
