Young Life Amicus is an International Exchange Program you may never have heard of... but what an impact it can be. One of our Henderson County families and supporters hosted a student during our first year as a CLUB and she had as much impact on us as we had on her! This is something to consider... if you’re interested in thinking about hosting a student—give us a shout! You will be so glad you did... and you’ll be bringing the WORLD to Henderson County!
is a 10-month program where international students experience life in America with a YL-connected host family. Amicus families from across the US have hosted more than 1,500 exchange students since 1980!

At Young Life, we don't see lots of shoes in the hallway as inconvenient. For us, lots of shoes equals lots of kids being met where they are and loved as they are!

Our Young Life Banquet was such a sweet celebration of what God has done in the lives of high schoolers in Henderson County. Did you know Young Life has a Foreign Exchange Program? It’s called Amicus which means “Friend” in Latin! We’ve enjoyed hosting Cora from Germany this year! If you’d like more information about hosting a student please contact us! It is a wonderful opportunity for all involved!

What a semester and what a year! We couldn't think of a better way to end this year then with a 15 foot gutter Sundae, some hilarious games with our leaders, and a room full of our best friends!
Last club of the semester but don't you worry! We have one more campaigners on Thursday, camp at Sharp Top Cove this summer and a whole bunch of other fun stuff planned for the summer!
