Rhonda Waggoner Rhonda Jane Waggoner, passed peacefully with her family by her side on July 10, 2024 in West Plains, MO. She was born to Veda and Boyd Kinder on October 14th, 1964 in Salem, Arkansas. On December 2nd, 1983 she married the love of her life and high school sweetheart, Kirby.
Friends, I'm sad to report that Rhonda Kinder Waggoner has passed away. 💔 sending prayers to her family.
