25th Class renunion July 28th, 2012
The reunion committee would like to know if there are any class of 87' classmates that have a little time to help us with the reunion. At this point, we have seen very little interest in the reunion and have had no one interested in helping. While the 3 of us are willing to put in the majority of the work to make this a great night, we do need a little help. Please let us know if you can help or if you have any ideas or even interest in having a 30th class reunion. Thank you!

We are in the pre-planning stages of our 30th reunion and want your help and/or input. It seems most planning starts with a venue and then we work from there. Do you have a place or a suggestion of a place? Once we have a few to research, then we will can consider what else will be needed (i.e. caterer, tables/chairs, music, etc). We will again try to keep the cost as low as possible!
We are also asking for your assistance getting the word out. We will NOT be sending out snail mail information. We will rely on social media and email to get all notifications out. We ask that you share all we send regarding the reunion with old (and I mean, OLD!) classmates. Even trying our best, we just seem unable to reach everyone.
Lastly, please speak up if you want to participate in the planning!

For those out-of-towners that will need a place to stay, we've got discounted blocks of rooms at 2 hotels. The first is Hampton Inn & Suites. They are not far off of I-5 and Hwy 22 Exit. (Santiam Hwy) They have a block of 10 rooms available at $119. There are 5 king rooms and 5 double queen rooms. To get the group discount rate, mention North Salem Class of 87 Reunion. Please call them to reserve your room. You must reserve by July 14 to get the discount. After that, they'll release the rooms to the public.
As you know, we are planning the reunion with a very small budget. We are attempting to keep the cost to a minimum while still making this a enjoyable, yet affordable event. Therefore, we need your help! If any of you have access to the following items and would be willing to deliver them to Macleay Inn by noon on July 28th, we would greatly appreciate it:
20 x 20 or larger canopy
dance floor
large, free-standing propane lanterns
We will be asking for volunteers for set up, clean up and registration.
