All classes/workshops will go ahead as planned and booked. You do not need to re-book.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Fire Officer has closed the Big Red Shed in the Dalkey Tramyard! As a result, over 12 small businesses were suddenly displaced just prior to Christmas leaving us all scurrying to locate new work studios.

There was the possibility that it would be allowed to re-open after several issues were addressed, but, this proved not to be the case.

All classes will now be held at the following address:

Dun Laoghaire
Co. Dublin

This new workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from the Dun Laoghaire Dart
Station and located above "Tramyard Motors" on York Road.

I want to thank all of the staff and residents at St. Doolagh's Park for a great day of candle making! St. Doolagh's Park is a wonderful place where people with acquired brain injuries can avail of the efficient, dedicated and caring support that we all need.

We set out to make 100 candles which would be sold at a craft fair as part of a fund raising initiative and we did just that!!

With only a three hour time frame, and two melting pots of wax, we managed to meet our mark. 33 candles per hour!!

Job well done!!
