We are learning about Cc and community helpers this week. Today we made police cars and talked about how police officers keep us safe! 🚔👮🏽👮🏻♂️🚓🚨

We had another fun day with a special visitor! BIG, BIG THANKS to John’s Pops (Wesley Findley) and Northside Tire Center for taking time from his very busy day to come see us! He taught us all about tow trucks. The kids loved every minute!

As we get ready for Meet the Teacher tomorrow, I want to welcome Amber Findley to the Jack and Jill family. Amber is a very familiar and known face at preschool. I had the pleasure of teaching all 3 of her precious kids, and she has been a wonderful substitute and extra help for several years. I’m excited to have her full time and look forward to a GREAT year!

We didn’t get to have a traditional egg hunt this year because the rain made our playground too muddy. We had fun playing games and winning eggs inside! Most importantly, we learned the reason we celebrate Easter. ✝️
Our registration for the 2022-2023 school year will be April 24 at 2:00. We will meet in the fellowship hall at East Brewton Baptist Church.
Please bring the following items with you:
* $100.00 yearly non-refundable supply fee
* a copy of an up to date shot record
* a pack of colored copy paper (any color combinations)
* a pack of colored card stock ( any color combinations)
**you do not have to receive a letter in the mail to come to registration. If you plan to come register your child, please message me on this page. 😊

We learned songs to help us remember how to brush our teeth! 🦷🪥

We did a science experiment to show what happens to our teeth if we don’t brush the sugar bugs and soft drinks off at least twice a day. We left an egg in water and one in soda overnight. We made predictions to what we thought would happen. The kids predicted the egg in water would still be white and the egg in soda would be stained brown.
Today we checked to see if our predictions were correct! Our smart students predicted correctly!
Could we use toothpaste to brush the stains off? Let’s see what happened…..
