Don't boil them like 1 did in the video, unless you keep them whole with the skin on and peel them after. Too much moisture the way I did it...dough wasvery sticky. Great spice rub for dry ribs. It' even great under your sauce if you prefer wet ribs. Kosher salt, corriander, smoked paprika, ground oregano, cumin-lots of cumin, ground sage, garlic powder, cayenne. Coat the ribs, and throw them on the grill. I like to finish mine off in the oven...wrap in foil with a 1/4 cup of water (for steam) bake at 300 degrees until the meat falls off the bone...usually a couple of hours. Don't have a grill - add a little liquid smoke to the water and cook for 3 hours. #spices #spicerub #ribs #bbq
