To express our solidarity with the old and desolate, NYB - National Youth Bureau Pakistan, with , 100+ visitors paid a visit to SHED Foundation,

When we reached there,we found many elderly people waiting eagerly for us. They were excited to have us with them and they looked cheerful, perhaps because they could see the reflection of their grandchildren on our faces. Their love and affection for the young were awoken in their hearts. We wished them, greet them and play with them. They relished our company very much. Many of them forgot, for a moment, the sorrows of their hearts and fatigue of their body and joyed with us.

نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جس مسلمان نے کوئی درخت لگایا اور اس کا پھل آدمیوں اور جانوروں نے کھایا تو اس لگانے والے کے لیے صدقہ کا ثواب ہے (گویا کہ یہ صدقہ جاریہ ہے)۔“(صحیح بخاری)

چیئرمین نیشنل یوتھ بیورو پاکستان کی سربراہی مہم کے تحت شجر کاری کا باقاعدہ آغاز کردیا گیا جس میں نوجوانوں نے بڑھ چڑھ کر حصہ لیا اس موقعے این وائ کے دیگر عہدیداران و کارکنان سیف اللہ خالد ,کاشف الدین, حسان احمد کے ساتھ ساتھ شعبہ تعیلم کے حوالے سے ملیر کی معتبر شخصیات نے بھی شرکت کی جس میں سر امین, سر عمیر عالم, سر سلیم, سر ذوہیب و دیگر شامل تھے.

یوم دفاع پاکستان کے موقعے پہ نیشنل یوتھ بیورو پاکستان نے سٹی پبلک اسکول ماڈل کالونی میں سکینڈری سٹوڈنٹس کے لیے تقریری مقابلہ منعقد کیا جسکی صدارت چیئرمین این وائ بی منصور سلیم نے کی اس موقع پر مختلف یوتھ ایکٹوسٹس, اساتذہ اور این وائ بی کے دیگر عہدیداران بھی موجود تھے. پرنسپل سٹی اسکول سر امین اور سر سید نے این وائ بی کی سرگرمیوں کو سراہتے ہوئے مستقبل میں بھی ایسی ایکٹیویٹیس منعقد کرنے کآ اظہار کیا.

Eid-ul-Fitr is a festival for many after one month of fasting, worship and prayers but orphan and homeless children are far to enjoy the celebration of these important religious days. NYB - National Youth Bureau Pakistan celebrated Eid at Edhi Orphanage and learned that all they beautiful children need is to share their love, happiness and joys of Eid with us.

When we reached there,we found many elderly people waiting eagerly for us. They were excited to have us with them and they looked cheerful,perhaps because they could see the reflection of their grandchildren on our faces. Their love and affection for the young was awoken in their hearts. We wished them, greet them and play with them. They relished our company very much. Many of them forgot,for a moment,the sorrows of their hearts and fatigue of their body and danced with us. This was one of the happiest moments in my life because I believe the best way to cheer myself is to cheer someone else. As far as I am concerned,this was just the beginning and I wish to keep up this spirit by making frequent visits to such places. I pledge to love my parents more than ever.
