Had a great time digging through some classic nu skool breaks to play for Takeover last weekend at TAKEOVER - ACID & BREAKS @ ROOTS & GROOVES.
Thankfully the sets were recorded so you can check it out at your leisure here, plenty of chunky deep, tribal breaks from the likes of Lee Coombs, Baobinga, Kostas G, Elite Force, Meat Katie, 2Sinners, JHz, Introspective etc al.

If you're looking for something to get you ready for the weekend then can I offer this . . . An hour long mix of chunky bass heavy techno recorded live at Dscnnct Festival back in July. This was my first techno set in 3 years, was so good to be back behind the decks.

Proper excited to be joining the guys at Found Sounds for their 12 hour techno session at Found Sounds x DSCNNCT Festival up near Cambridge in July.

10 years ago this week I played my first public gig at the What? bar in Colchester rocking plenty of breakbeat vinyl. Since then I've played some great gigs, and some absolute shockers but still I soldier on always looking for that next event that gives me that buzz I got from day 1.
