My statement on today's news regarding Ohio's medical ma*****na licensure process

4.5 points below one of the awarded cultivators, and disqualified with no reason, raises several questions. The Ohio based physicians, cultivators, pharmacist, and businessmen that sit on the board of Grow Med Ohio LLC, worked tirelessly to submit a winning proposal without the assistance of outside companies and without the influence of the markets big cannabis players. We will be filing a formal request for review of these results. We want medical cannabis grown by a true Ohio based company, and for every dollar to stay in our community.

It’s bitter sweet to announce this, but the Ohio MMCP has made their choices on level I cultivators. Unfortunately Grow Med was not one of the cultivators selected. We want to thank our team of doctors, pharmacists, and cultivators that worked tirelessly to put the proposal together, and thank all the supporters we had in the community.
