I was having a conversation with a dear friend who didn't realize that cashew nuts come from the very delicious fruit. I started to reminisce about my childhood in Nigeria, running up and down streets with friends, looking for fruit trees that we can just pluck ripe fruits right off and enjoy😇. On this i thought I'd share some of my favorites along with the amazing health benefits they offer💜
