It's my 41st Today.....I woke up not feeling that great mentally....then I had to take time to reflect.....I've had one of the best years...IT NOT THE BEST YEAR OF MY LIFE......I gain and learn so much about myself 💙💙💙💙💙......SO HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME !!!!!! I had an anxiety attack yesterday and my Doctor gave me.two choices..... workout or anti-depressants......I chose to WORKOUT !!!!!!!!! F__K ANXIETY !!!!!! Thank you and Friend 👫👫💪💪❤❤

NOW I WILL NEVER SEE THIS LADY AGAIN !!!!!! SHE KEEPS ME MOTIVATED......I look at her pictures often.....DON'T GET IT TWISTED.....SHE WAS BEAUTIFUL, CONFIDENT AND THAT ASS STAYED IN THE MIRROR AS WELL....BUT SHE WASN'T HEALTHY....she could barely walk and couldn't touch her feet !!!!!!
