I've always been a good public speaker, but that’s not the same as being a good communicator – and I didn’t even know it.
Then, I attended an event that changed my life. Ultimately, I learned that communication is the responsibility of the communicator. Understanding ourselves and adapting to those around us is the key to communication success. Moreover, effective communication is one of the foundational (often missing) skills of leaders.
