Jon Paradis
Stay tuned. The fun could break out at any second! Jon Paradis is a singer/songwriter from Winslow ME who now lives in Skowhegan ME.
He started playing in bar bands at age 15, and got some recognition for his songwriting talent (see bio). A few years back, a minor injury turned into a serious problem, and with greatly diminished use of his left hand, he was forced to stop playing for over 2 years. B.O.M. is rollin'! The fuse is lit! The record button was pressed, the tape rolled, tracks were laid to tape... It's a long process but it's started now. I can't wait to have new music to share but patience, I'm told, is a virtue. :-)
It went well! 2 songs chosen to start the project. Good food, good friends, good beer, good music. Workin' the rust out of my fingers is good! Next step is to record a solo version of my song, Tidal Pools, for us to pass around so we can get to arranging it next week. Dan has one of his songs demoed and we'll be working on that as well. Fun stuff!
I'm on my way to Waterville to meet with Dan Larochelle and Mike Walter about a new studio project called B.O.M. A little jam, a little Dano cookin', perhaps a little beer. Oh wait... we're musicians, so there won't be any beer. ;) I'm dying to see what comes out of this project. I'll keep you posted.
is trying to find time to record a couple original songs! I'm pretty psyched, but my schedule has been ridiculous lately. Same for the musicians I want to record with. Who knew that all these musicians from my past would all grow up and get lives. I guess it had to happen someday. I just wanted to let you all know that it's "in the works." I'll let you know how it's going as things happen. :-)

Christmas was kinda hectic here so I haven't got around to saying so... Sitting in with Night Moves a couple weeks ago was an absolute blast! A big thank you to David, John, Mike, and Bruce!
