A taste of things to come. At we are aiming to give you not only an elevated dining and drinking experience but also an elevated event experience. We kicked it off with Sunday Loup seasons with now we are hosting a casual, fun tasting masterclass with Chris from Wynn’s and myself. Taste your way through back vintage wines you will only find at our pub. Although flowering wasn’t great in our cab franc at our home block “lake of fire vineyard” was pleasing to pick enough grapes this year to make a red and a white wine. A lot of effort has gone into this site for over 5 years completely organic it keeps growing. Thanks and for your help growing and picking this site. Bring on the 2024 growing season so much to do 😄

Tomatoes prepped from taffy’s garden for pizzas all weekend. Cellar door open sat and sun as normal 12-6. Pizzas all night at fringe lane way Saturday night with my mate Kirby shearing Crooked tooth on the cocktails and decks Laneway tonight (next to pesto) heaps on in our town. The work gone into this by the team is huge.

Volcanic lakes Chardonnay all picked and pressed for another year. A happy time in the good intentions shed. Yields and quality where we have been aiming for years.

Today we had our first pick of our estate Chardonnay. This years yield will weigh in almost (maybe higher) as high as every year combined since we took over this site in 2016. Seeing the health in this vineyard and how far it has come is a pleasure I can’t explain 😀
