How’s everyone been??? I have been posting on a page called Sacred Soulutions! That’s why it’s bern so quiet in here! Come on over!!! We are all waiting for you!!!

I am in the throws of transformation and transition.

I need space. I need to be authentic Bc authenticity to me is what builds trust and relationships. I have exciting things happening. I've created my first product- YAY (Lavendar spray with an energetic twist! You can purchase through me personally and will also be sold in local retail stores in NJ).

I have a new logo almost complete, more products coming, new website being built, photo shoot date in place...

I need space. Sacred space to focus and put this out into the world. I have a year long experience offering that will be opening this fall. I have so much to offer and social media is a drain for me in so many ways.

If you are empathic, highly sensitive and on your journey you probably know what Im talking about. I need to free my energetic space to create.

I want to re-create how we connect. I hope you are all up for it. This space will be more sacred, more personal and I will know who I am talking to. Fb is a strange big abyss and I'm completely feeling disconnected, my

Simply put if you don't like your body, if you are in a financial funk or if your relationships are not fulfilling you need an energy overhaul.

It is within your power to raise, shift open your energy to get what you really want.

As women we are so conditioned to judge ourselves, demean ourselves, be insanely critical of ourselves to gain access to this mysterious group of other women called "ACCEPTANCE".

If we talk about how hard we have it, what a hot mess we are, how we need to exercise, lose weight, make more money, organize, eat better and a plethora of other actions we " should" take to be better, complete, whole we become initiated into this club of crazy.

Why do we need to be less in order be more? Why do we need to "out ourselves" to be accepted? Why do we need to be "fixed" or improved or perfected before we can be worthy of deep relationships, the love we crave, the life we deeply desire, the financial freedom that is our birthright?

As women we need to rise up and stop. We need to pause and really bring awareness to when we are dramatizing our imperfections for the sake of others.

It is so important to share and be open and honest with each other. Sister connections are sacred when shared in a safe place. It's constructive and when strongly held can open a support system, a container that is vital to ones well being and balance. In this space your energy will shift and your wildest dreams will begin to take shape.

I am facilitating this space beginning in the new year. I am excited about the prospects of what is going to be created and manifested amongst the women who are called to participate.
