The following short-formed videos are presented by the social work students from several JSWAP Chapters in Central Luzon, representing their respective institutions with the theme Sustaining Responsive Filipino Social Workers Towards Inclusive Development. The videos are only within the length of 60 seconds with an outline of filming similar to Facebook Reels. In this competition, the institutions were given the freedom to have many participants provided that every contender will only submit one entry.
As you view each video from the various participating institutions, do not forget to look with appreciation and listen with understanding! With all the time, effort, and thought that has been poured into the process of creating these informative and entertaining short videos, the Central Luzon Social Work Consortium and the Junior Social Workers Association of the Philippines recognize the craft and dedication of all the people behind these FB Reels.
To show a special appreciation to the students and institutions with remarkable entries, the body will recognize three winners with the following awards:

Today marks the official celebration of Filipino Social Workersโ Day!
In accordance with the ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ. ๐๐๐๐, classifying June 19 as the official Filipino Social Workers Day, we take this day as very momentous and special for every Filipino in the social work field. We hope that this day will be a constant reminder for everyone to see the positive changes and significance of social workers in our society.
As we commemorate Filipino Social Workers Day and enter the new era of this time, this is a great moment to look back at the tremendous contributions our own Filipino social workers had to improve the quality of Filipinos in our nation on the individual, family, and national levels. Filipino Social Workers often are unsung heroes, but one of the most who plays an essential role in helping people from all walks of life and backgrounds to live life to the fullest. So it is also time to recognize that there is a new generation of Filipino social workers coming to the fore who are making a positive mark on our society.
To every social worker and aspiring social worker, as you get molded into agents of change, bear in mind and heart the inherent worth and dignity of every person and continue uplifting the principles of social justice, human rights, collective responsibility, and respect for diversity in your journey in the social work profession.
