Sexual Harassment: Taking a Stand & Creating A Safe Place - ASMP Oregon Sexual harassment and the abuse of power is both a moral and civil rights violation in the work place, and it‘s often overlooked every day. Don’t think, just do. You know - understand and trust your creative intuition. Allow it.
I think this is all new.
Mark your calendars, this is not to miss if you work in production, photo, film, creative, advertising/marketing -and you live in the Portland, OR area. It will be broadcast live.
I will be a speaker on what looks like a fantastic panel of professional leaders talking at an American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) event on June 12.
Its either at Lewis & Clark School of Law or at Wieden + Kennedy.
We will be openly discussing what we’re going to do about sexual harassment in the many worlds of photography, filmmaking and production.
I will post the location and panelist info as soon as I get the final details. PM me if you want me to send you an invite.
This project for with Greta of was so rewarding. Simple, clean, minimal, honest - not trying too hard and allowing clothing to be what women truly want to wear, while supporting non-toxic fashion is often a very pleasing brand direction for me. I spent decades working in editorial elevating wealth, brands, largely unattainable lifestyles. I still love and appreciate using clothing as wearable art and expression but it’s the in between areas I’m moving away from aka the things real working liberated women don’t have time to wear. I’ve always shown confident and strong women - rarely timid and submissive (just NOT how I portray females).
These at a few of the biggest mistakes I am repeatedly seeing creative agencies & in-house creative marketing teams making.
Keep dreaming. This outtake with the ever beautiful was for Nick Knight’s erotic journal - which was cancelled. I still love ❤️💕💙⚡️🧡🔥the pics.

Style is power and she's not laughing! Nor are women in Uganda as they protest the new government dress code for female workers: women are not allowed to wear above-knee skirts, wear sleeveless shirts, show cleavage, have bright hair or nails, no long nails, no tight fitting trousers, and more! Whaaaaaat? •

Hi friends! I'm closing down this page because I don't have much reach here. I personally invite you to come support me on Instagram
For my new work I've returned to my roots in image making & journalism, and have re-committed myself to the creation of a style I believe in - that of showing subjects with natural or no hair & makeup using natural photography with no skin retouching vibes. In short if models have 'flaws' - they will be seen. I feel confident and excited about this!!! All new work will be shot at locations that are - regular places - and they will embody my personal view of the world - that of empowering women, celebrating diversity and elevating stand-out style that inspires through use of color and choice.
