Just a reminder that Beer and Bellydance at Fortnight Brewing Co. is coming up in 2 weeks. If you plan on performing, please be familiar with all our guidelines. If you want to email your music in advance we need it by Sunday night (9/25). Just know that sending your music in advance does not save you a spot. You still need to arrive early to sign in. There are only 16 spots total and then the show is full. You can also bring your music with you. It should be the only song burned in Audio format to a CD or in a folder on your mp3/iPod player or phone. No streaming music is allowed and no original band cd's. Be mindful of the time limits. We want to have lots of open dancing. I advise to come dressed and ready to dance. Intermission is generally only abut 10 min, so if you are dancing in the second set you need to be ready on time, or you will miss your spot. Also, please be by the stage and ready prior to your turn. Thanks!

A big Thank You to everyone that came out to Eva H. Perry Regional Library last night for our event. We had a wonderful audience.

Hi there, because of the rise in Covid numbers again, we have decided to skip Beer and Bellydance for January. I know we all miss playing music and dancing together, but our safety is most important. We will reassess closer to March to see if it is safe to have an indoor event. Happy New Year!!

Tonight is the deadline if you want to send your music in advance. If you plan to perform you need to arrive and sign up before 8 pm. :)

beer and bellydance Tuesday, November 30th 8-10 pm

I just wanted to let everyone know that we have decided to cancel Beer and Bellydance at Fortnight Brewing Co. for Sept due to Covid concerns. We are still hoping to have the final show of the year Nov 30th, but will keep everyone posted as we get closer to the day. We are so grateful to Fortnight Brewing Company for hosting the last one and will continue to support the venue and hope to be back and see everyone in November.

Hope to see you at the next show. We will keep you updated regarding any changes, ect due to Covid restrictions.

Come out to Fullsteam Brewery on Tuesday, March 28. 8:00 PM.

Live Middle Eastern Music by the Lost Nomads and performances by local Bellydance students and performers! Beer and Bellydance woohoo!!

•If you plan to perform, you need to arrive and sign up before 8 pm and have your music ready.
•There will only be 8 performance slots available for each set. Once all slots have been filled, the show is full. When you sign up, that will be the order.
•Try to schedule yourself adjacent to someone with a different style to add some variety to the show.
•All dancers dancing to live music will be placed in the 2nd set. All live music will perform prior to any recorded music in the 2nd set.
•If you are interested in performing more than once, please wait until everyone has signed up before taking another slot.
•You can dance to live or recorded music. You can bring your CD, MP3 player, Ipod, or phone to plug in. (Cd's are always preferred.) Your song needs to be in a separate folder and easy to access. *If your phone has a cover, please remove it, as the cords do not fit with it on. If you have a CD, please let your performance song be the only one on there and in Audio format only and be clearly marked. (Always check to make sure it works: if it plays in your car and your stereo then you are set).
•Please be respectful: Solo performers have 4 minutes max and groups 5 minutes max. If your song is longer, the sound guy will fade out your music to end.
