Solutions:

Just WOW!!! Usually if I didn't work on Saturday, I would have been in bed asleep or lazily watching TV and playing on my iPad til about this time and would be lucky if I got in 1k steps...

I am astonished....I hit 10k steps just before 3:00p this afternoon. I've been up since 7:15a...started with my little green capsule and BAM!! I felt like a new person....got up, folded clothes, cleaned the bathroom, went to my first Zumba class in over 2 years and was steady moving for 90 minutes, came home, made lunch, got on an awesome training call, chatted with several friends on fb, went outside to tame back the ivy growing up the tree in our front yard....I feel like the energizer bunny cause I'm still going and going and going!!!!!
