An evening with EnerGy

This a cool example of how i turned a simple AUDITION into one of my coolest videos!....These Musicians just dont play Bad so its was easy to make a decent video from rehearsals etc. The Bass player in this video was the auditioning particpant....i thought he was Hot really but Sam Bunting eventually got the Role who himself is an amazing Bass Player...That first song that i'm so in love with (I want your Love) we always played pretty well.

Yo Folks This page is a Celebration and look back on the fantastic time i had working with the FUNK FOUNDATION that split into two with the other half naming themselves the GROOVE GENERATORS. Theyve now changed their name to Groove Generation on another page.
This is truly one of the best bands ive worked with. All their Film and Photo footage from 2011 up to 2014 is owned by EnerGetic EnterTainMent. Most of the video footage is from the Drummers perspective but you still get to hear the brilliant performances from the musicians and lead singers. Thank you FF GG for having me. It was a Fun Ride!!

The adventure continues as I'm now back with the band!

I was quite Content with my performance with the Groove Generators last weekend, with only 2 Days practice after not playing with them for nearly 2 years!! how times fly....theres a particular song called STOMP that they performed that threw me off but its one of the most complex and exciting songs in their set list...

I still think the Songs that The Funk Foundation used to perform such as. Keep on Movin(Soul 2 Soul) Dont look any further, Love like this before, Forget me nots( Pratrice Rushen) Get down Saturday Night, Golden(Jill Scott) etc were allot better and brought different Vibes to each gig. You need some mid tempo grooves to soften things up and some love songs to get those couples dancing!.xx

Anyway my Goal was to do at least one more gig with them and that was ACCOMPLISHED.
