Not exactly Caribbean, but in honour of Robbie Burns’ night, here’s a lovely dinner of Balmoral chicken, neeps and tatties, and good old fashioned mashed potatoes. This one is for my Alasdair!

Adventures in oxtail… On Saturday, I meant to try making an Oxtail pizza, but inclement weather took me out of game! In any case, wanted to share this beautiful stew with you, may it warm you during this endless month.

I am excited to share with you that we are adding another sweet to our menu... presenting Canadian fudge. Growing up, I always tried to make fudge with sugar and evaporated milk. Either it would never dry and take shape or else it would be rock hard and inedible. Well, I finally have a recipe for a delicious mouth-watering maple fudge, made with maple syrup harvested from the Chateauguay Valley. If you're in the mood for something a little more Caribbean, try our salara fudge (maple fudge infused with sweet red coconut). Last but not least, for those who love chocolate, our Christmas Candycane fudge will be available until the end of the month. Prices: 5 pieces=$5, 10 pieces- $8, 20 pieces= $15. Delivery is available (Greater Montreal area and Chateauguay Valley.)
