Sometimes as adults it seems darn near impossible to keep up with the race of life.

That feels even more true as moms. Whether you are a working mom, a stay at home mom, a single mom, a stepmom, the title of mom in any capacity is a demanding title.

Growing up, we use to watch Gilmore Girls with our mom, and it’s still one of our favorite shows. (A Page can probably quote every episode 😂) but now as a mom I love it more, because to me the theme song epitomizes motherhood.

I know as a mother I will always be there for my kids. No matter there age, no matter the time, no matter the distance. I will be there.

Sometimes I’m reminded how much Aaron teaches me things, I’m the one that’s suppose to be teaching him, but time and time again he helps me realize things I sometimes forget.
He finds joy in such simple pleasures, he understands joy can be found everywhere but it just depends on the way we look at what we have. It’s good to have reminders like that every now and again.

Also thank you everyone for wishing me (Page) and Asher a happy birthday! I’m so great full this community! After a birthday filled weekend we are back to our regular scheduled programming 😂

This girl is not just my sister, but also my best friend. I am so thankful for her. She is such an amazing mother, wife, and friend. She is the epitome of patient, creative, kind, compassionate, and so much more. I am blessing to know her, and so proud of her and the wonderful woman of God she has become. Truthfully, if it weren’t for her this entire thing wouldn’t have happened. We have her to thank for A&A.

Cactus release Friday September 25th

We have a new 3 year old in the world. It blows my mind. 🤯 Why doesn’t time go so fast!? 😭 (If anyone had found an antidote, let ya girl know) last week I said, “Asher you’re going to be three.” He said, “I don’t want to be 3, I want to be Asher.” 😂

He is constantly cracking us up. He is the most spirited, rambunctious, curious fella you will ever meet. If you ever are in need of a laugh he is your guy.

Did ya guess it!? 🌵 Yup, we are throwing it back to on of our most popular fabrics, Cactus! 🌵

We were born and raised in Phoenix, so it’s only fitting we show this desert some love.

There aren’t many Phoenicians here, and I can’t say I don’t blame them, it gets HOT 🥵 but it’s hard to leave our roots.

We wanted to thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts for the amount of love we received from yesterday drop! We are so grateful that that you guys showed up to support not only us but our families as well, you truly welcomed us back with open arms and it means so much to us!

We were blown away with how fast people were and the amount of orders we received! We got everything packaged and shipped out already 🙌 A lot of sizes sold out fast but there are still some things left on the website if you wanted to go check it out!

The climate today has been, well... chaotic to say the least. Our hope in reopening A&A is to not only sell trendy quality baby and children’s clothes, but to be a light. We hope to create genuine community that focuses on positivity. That doesn’t mean in life pain won’t happen, but in the midst of all there is still those to be joyous. Tatum and Tobias added this sweet addition on Mother’s Day! She is quite literally the happiest baby we’ve ever meet!

We have always been infatuated with all things floral. (We quite possible had more floral fabric than any other print 🤷‍♀️😂) BUT we never had anyone to wear them, we were boy moms, until now! All the more reason to love all the floral fabrics, we thought we had a lot before. Pray for us! 😬🤣

Meet Aaron & Asher, the boys behind the start of it all.

We love seeing your children in our clothes, but it’s something special to watch these two running around, playing and laughing in the clothes we make for them. They may not understand that mama made it, but to us, it’s like a constant hug. Really, that’s what it is. We put love in each piece of clothing.

That’s why we are so glad to be back at it again it felt like a part of us was missing. Even though we haven’t had our first drop yet, we have already been working at it for weeks.

We’ve changed things up a bit, we are now ready to ship. That means your clothes are sewn and awaiting your order.

That’s right, we are officially a ready to ship shop. The good news don’t stop there... we will be are ip doing new drops twice a month.

We are going strong and we are happy to have you guys here again!

Anyone else fee like their to-do list is never ending!? 🙋‍♀️
Well, recently, I was super convicted and challenged to look at my to-do list as “I get to” not “I have to”. My to-do list can be draining, but we have a special privilege. We are ABLE to be moms, friends, employees, siblings, etc. Not everyone you meet is so blessed.
Just something, that pulled at my heart strings today, and thought I would share it with you all. It definitely puts things in perspective.

You all September is full of birthdays for us!!! Today is Page’s 23rd birthday!!! Give her a birthday wish below. 👇It’ll make her day.
Page, this past year, has been such an adventure. Starting our own business and learning to balance being a wife, mom, small shop owner, and working our other jobs, it has been such a roller coaster. I can honestly, say there is no one else I would rather navigate through this journey with or stay up all night drinking coffee and dancing until we cry.
You are determined, loving, kind, smart, funny... I’ll stop before your head gets too big 🤣. But in reality, you are an amazing mother, friend, wife, and I can’t thank you enough, for always putting up with my stubbornness, loving my boys, and being my best friend. I love you so much and pray this year brings you nothing but blessings.

So, I just had to go return something at the store. Apparently, so did everybody else in Phoenix.
This said store, had one employee working customer service. So naturally the line kept growing, and my patients begin to diminish quickly.
In my head, I was just making a quick in and out trip, but turns out that was not the case. As I proceeded to wait in line for over 30 minutes, I felt the frustration of the people around me. I’m not innocent, I was starting to get frustrated too. Then I stop for a second, and looked up the cashier’s face, she was in sheer panic mode. Poor girl, was doing her best to keep up, but just couldn’t.
That sure was a slap in the face, reminding, like I tell my kids all the time, be kind. You never know what another person is going through.

Yep, the day is here. Just like that my sweet baby is 1 year old. (Swipe ➡️ to see some photos over this year)
I am not sure even where to begin. From day one, this boy has been such a blessing. He has brought us endless joy. Taught us patience. Tested limits. Challenged us. He has been to source of laughter. Shown us a strength in us, we didn’t know we had. (Because if we are honest, it isn’t always easy)
I knew this day would come, but no one warns you what an emotional roller coaster it is. I didn’t know it was possible to cry tears of happiness and sadness all at once. Maybe it is just me. 🤷‍♀️ maybe I am alone on this, but I am so overwhelmed. Overwhelmed by the joy that I get to experience motherhood and be his mom, I don’t take that for granted for one moment. Overwhelmed by the concept of time. I look at him. Then to his brother, who will be 10 soon. The realize Asher will be there before I know it. And there is nothing I can do to slow it down, but embrace every single second I get with him.
Overwhelmed, by a bit of mom guilt. Guilt of missing out on some of those days and moments.
Most of all, I am excited for the journey before us. For the opportunity to watch him grow and learn. He took his first real steps today! (Pray for us)

As the seasons begin to change 🍂(everywhere but in Phoenix 🌵), I am reminded that there is beauty in every season. Some are colder and harder to tolerate, but every season has glimpses and moments of awe.
I just laid Asher down, and tomorrow when he wakes up he will be one. 😩 but just like the leaves 🍁 signify that the season is ending, it also foreshadows that a new season is beginning. It’s been such a whirlwind of a year, and I celebrate these fleeting moments, watching him sleep, with such a bittersweet feeling. Saddened that my baby is growing before my eyes. Yet, overjoyed to watch him continue to navigate through life.

Ok guys in all seriousness what are your kids going to be for Halloween? I’m definitely blanking this year on ideas and can’t come up with a thing 🤦‍♀️ last year I had so many ideas and now it’s all crickets up there 😂😂

Hello👋! It has been awhile since we have showed our faces on a post! We are Page (left) ⬅️and Tatum (right)➡️! Oh and of course Asher too(Aaron was at home with dad🤷‍♀️)! I know we have said this before but we just want to say how grateful we are for this amazing community of small shops we are in! We had the best time today it really reminded us how lucky we are to be apart of this community! Everyone is so sweet and supportive! Seriously who wouldn’t love a job where you get to see cute kids all day😍?! If you guys missed this market today we seriously recommend going! They are every other Saturday in Gilbert and it was one of the most fun markets we have ever been to! Congratulations Maribeth ( )and Cody ( )for doing such an awesome job!

the biggest Halloween debate; do you like candy corn or not? What’s not up for debate is how cute our print is! Candy corn is such a huge staple which is why we felt the need to add it to our Halloween prints! We however will not be stealing any candy corn from our kids trick or treat bag(not that we do that🙈), kit kats are more up our alley!

When Halloween comes around I always think about when I (Page) was little, our mom dressed me up as Raggedy Ann for Halloween, I couldn’t have been more then 2 or 3 years old. My mom was so excited, but after one look in the mirror, I was hysterical. I was terrified of the costume. 😂 I immediately, yanked that yarn wig off my head, and the tears ruined my makeup. Let’s just say it didn’t go over as my mom planned.

I remember we would always go to a pumpkin patch 🎃 and pick our pumpkin out and carve it as a family! It’s so exciting having our own families 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 to pass down traditions and make new ones with! What is one of your favorite Halloween activities to do with your kids?
