Today I woke up and chose me. So many people forget to put themselves first in life. If you know me, then you know I do not tolerate stress. Due to the nature of our busy lives, taking a break to look after yourself might sometimes feel like a luxury, at-least for me it does. We often believe that pushing ourselves to the point of exhaustion will lead to a bigger reward. But is that really the case? Without self care, it will be hard for you to function at your best. To prevent burnout and keep stress from taking over, you need to take the time to look after yourself. No matter what stage you are in life, taking care of yourself should be a priority. Forget what other people think! Take that break, quit that job, leave that relationship. Take care of you! I’m so thankful for all my supporters and customers! I now feel like I can breathe!
