Pirikara Renkon : Stir-fried Lotus Root. I really like its texture. it is really crunchy! Simply, slice the lotus root, stir fry it with sesame oil. At the very end, sprinkle YAKINIKU SAUCE Pirikara (Spicy Mild) , also dried chili pepper mixed. It is not the main dish but you realize you cannot stop eating with steamed rice.
Mozza-sticks with spring roll-wrap. This is my aunty’s party finger dish. Used Teriyaki sauce as dip, also you may want to try Mayo x Teriyaki sauce as a mixed dip. So yummy. Wrap mozzarella and fry with a puddle of vegetable oil in the pan. Don’t have to deep fry. Cheese will melt in love with Teriyaki sauce. Best match!!
Simply fried rice. Chopped ham and onion with rice. I used Yakiniku Original sauce for this dish. Cut Nori(seaweed) sprinkle on the top if you have any. You can make rice balls with it too. Do you know how to make a rice ball??
Pork stir fry.
1. Choose pork which has fat like bacon, cut to French fries size.
2. Stir fry in the pan.
3. Close to the end, drizzle Original Yakiniku sauce and turn off heat, but still keep stirring. Let the pork burn a bit.
4. Chop up some lettuce and set like a bed for pork.
5. If you are mayonnaise lover, sprinkle mayo on the top.
6. Eat both pork and lettuce at the same time. It is yummy. I put rice as a side but you can also eat with lettuce like a wrap!
Stir fried mushrooms! Enoki mushroom, Shimeji mushrooms and Shiitake mushroom. Fry and add a bit of salt and pepper. Drizzle some Teriyaki sauce at the very end. I am the Shiitake mushroom lover. 🤣🤣😂
Fried Gyoza(dumplings) is best matched with Pirikara (Splicy-mild) sauce. Hard to stop eating even after I am full! 🤣
Lazy? Simply drizzle our “Teriyaki” yakiniku sauce to fried eggplants. Not mixed with other veggies to savour the taste of our teriyaki sauce with the fried eggplants!
